I love, love, love Visibook! When I started my coaching practice back in November 2018 I had tried multiple different scheduling apps but none of them really flowed the way that I wanted it to and I didn’t really feel great about using any of them.
Because of this, it was one of those little things that was taking up a lot of mental energy because I didn’t really like it, it was holding me back from really launching my business because obviously when coaching clients the appointment scheduler is one of the most important parts of your business.
Then enters Visibook! It is so simple and easy to use (for both me and my clients), that without even realizing it I finally had a booking system that worked and flowed well.
I can message my clients directly from VisibookAppointmentScheduler , easily book appointments, change my availability, and client information, and it is easy to download the CSV file with all the client information and import it into Excel or other spreadsheet documents.
Best of all I’m using all these features for free!
I currently have 17 clients and the free account only allows up to 25 appointments in the month so I’m going to have to upgrade to the paid version soon, which is fine.
I have no problem paying Visibook $6.99 a month or whatever it is to pay to book more than 50 appointments a month, because it’s thanks to Visibook that my business is running this well in the first place!!!

I’m a new small business owner and loving VisibookAppointmentScheduler so far. I tried a few other scheduling apps but this was by far the best experience so I’m sticking with it. Love the schedule online feature that gives you the option to create a custom URL for your clients to use and easily book online. Batched upload of your customer data is available if you email the support team directly, which I did. Love the appointment confirmation feature that texts/emails your clients when you book them. I tested this feature on myself at first and it worked great. The only feature I would love that isn’t available yet is the ability to add multiple notes to a client and be able to view that note history for each client. Haven’t tried the payment feature yet but love everything about the product so far!

I’ve tried other booking Apps, this is the best one I’ve come across. I love the features of setting my available hours, customer info, messaging through VisibookAppointmentScheduler between myself and clients. My clients love the appointment reminders! It’s also very affordable. Thinking to link payments through VisibookAppointmentScheduler as it’s cheaper than another App I’ve been using for payments.

**One thing I hope they update is the iPad platform. I’m not able to input my personal event on the iPad, I don’t see the same options displayed as it does on my iPhone.

Other than that, it’s great!

Over the past 6 months I have grown weary with VisibookAppointmentScheduler. VisibookAppointmentScheduler will display a blank page when I am trying to see my appointments or reschedule a client. When I attempt to schedule personal appointments by using the plus sign located on the right of the page it just goes from vertical to horizontal without allowing me to input content.
In order to remedy this I have to restart my phone. I thought it was my carriers issue but it isn’t it’s Visibook. The only reason I have not deleted VisibookAppointmentScheduler is because I don’t have technical assistance with inputting all of my clients and services on a new app, otherwise Visibook would be a app of my past.

I’ve been using it for about a year now and it works fine until you have a customer on the phone and it decides to get frozen, yeah it kinda stop working when I need it the most, very frustrating. One or two days every once in a while it goes offline took and you can’t use it at all!!
No updates for the iPhone X, now I’m stuck with 2 black straps to fit the screen.
The concept is really good, but needs some more love.

I’ve been looking for an assistant for months. Came across visibook through my barber, while it was easy for me to schedule with him I decided to try it out with my business. So far so good. It does exactly what I needed it to do.. I don’t have to worry about stopping to answer appt calls when I’m working. I’d rather pay a monthly fee instead of having an assistant JUST TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS.... BTW the response time with customer service is amazing... I wish there was a section for clients to rate my service

I mainly use VisibookAppointmentScheduler to schedule my clients. I work part time doing, makeup etc.. and I was using the old “agenda” method, writing the times and clients names on my book. I usually didn’t carry that book around, so whenever my clients texted me I always had to say “I’ll get back to u later” but ever since I’ve had Visibook, I can let them know right away when I’m available! I love VisibookAppointmentScheduler! Totally worth it

There a few. Upgrades they should consider. For example. I have a detailing business The customers selects. Full detail. We have different prices. There small vehicles. Midsize and large. . Each one of them runs different prices.
When entering services. I am not able to control what items I would like on top of the list.

Text reminders are a lifesaver for a small business. Ensuring that your customers will show up to their appointments can be tedious and time-consuming for a small business owner. This is extremely affordable and integrates well with my iPhone and iPad. The cost is well worth it. Customer service is extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this service.

VisibookAppointmentScheduler has issues. Consistent glitches in the interface, app crashes that require hard shut down, and user interface issues where customers don’t realize they need to confirm a second time after entering their appointment request.
TECH SUPPORT IS NONEXISTENT. The chat function says “usually respond in a few minutes” but the reality is it is hours to get a reply even in the middle of the day on a week day only to finally get a reply with no follow through. I’m very Disapointed. I pay for this service and I expect more. This is run like somebody’s high school programming class did it.

My husband and I clean for a living. So far I love everything about VisibookAppointmentScheduler except that I can not schedule monthly appointments. Annoying that I have to enter monthly’s individually. So far 17 every month 🙄 Automatic reminders being sent to each customer is great also. It would be nice if there was a option to change the reminder to an earlier day instead of the day before. Some customers like a 3 day notice and some like a couple reminders.

Visibook is the best appointment scheduler I’ve used, and the pricing is incredibly competitive. VisibookAppointmentScheduler is great when it comes to sending appointment reminders and ensuring that customers actually show up! Visibook is easy to use, and the customer service is great when you do have questions. I would definitely recommend VisibookAppointmentScheduler to anyone looking to efficiently handle appointments for a business.

My tattoo studio is just getting started with Visibook. It’s pretty easy to navigate, if a little rudimentary.
I’d gladly pay a bit more for some tweaks...I’d love to see more color options added for services, and a bolder way to distinguish providers when looking at the combined calendar.
But I do appreciate the simplicity, for sure.
I’m looking forward to seeing how the developers improve and polish VisibookAppointmentScheduler .

VisibookAppointmentScheduler is great for automatically reminding you and your clients for their next appointment/service. You can write notes on each client to remember what you did and you can even contact them through VisibookAppointmentScheduler without giving our your personal number! That’s just a few great features! It’s super simple and a great way to stay organized!! I’ll be sticking with VISIBOOK!

This application has changed the way I do things. As a professor and psychotherapist in private practice, I’m constantly having to wear different hats, and juggle competing schedules. Without people knowing it, I’m able to communicate with clients directly, let them take control of their own sessions with me, and adjust my schedule to accommodate unexpected events. Visibook has been a godsend.

I used VisibookAppointmentScheduler for 2 months and kept running into issues with my clients...
1. Reminders are sent a day before, I would like to send them when I need them, 2 hours before their appointment so they can have a chance to cancel or confirm.
2. Customers found service/product options confusing and there was nowhere for me to inform them on how to book before they booked.

Those are make it or brake it things for me, I'm moving in to the next app.

I’m loving using Visibook. I tried a couple different apps before finding this one! It has everything I need on it and the customer service is excellent! I like that I clients can book online, get reminder texts, and it blends into my personal calendar so I don’t overlap any personal appts. I highly recommend using VisibookAppointmentScheduler for booking appointments!

We have 6 therapists in our practice and all love VisibookAppointmentScheduler . Our clients like getting the text message reminders and our missed sessions rate has dropped significantly. Tech staff have been wonderful in helping us learn the new system and in helping us sync with our person google calendars. I highly recommended Visibook!

I switched to VisibookAppointmentScheduler after the other I was using raised their rates from free to $50. When I began VisibookAppointmentScheduler was basic for making appointments. They are constantly adding new features and benefits. It's easy to use. Any question or concern you have, you're able to message someone and get a reply promptly. I absolutely love VisibookAppointmentScheduler !!!

Whenever I go onto the add a new customer screen, it would make it easier if the adding address bar, would also be on that screen, and having to add notes on the same screen.. just then you save it, and the details are there! Kind regards from ebenezer roofing team!
