ALDO Shoes Reviews

I love Aldo and glad that there’s an app - thank you to the developers that are clearly working hard on this. However, ability to search shoes via a search bar is critical to a shopping experience, and ALDOShoes does not have it. Also, you can’t filter shoes by style for men - the only options are dress shoes or casual shoes. If you want to look at casual shoes, brew yourself a cup of coffee and settle down into your favorite chair for an evening of infinite scrolling and long loading wait times every second or third scroll. Other than that, I can see ALDOShoes improving with every release, so kudos to the developers for the work they’re putting into it - I have no doubt these gripes will be resolved in time. However, for now, I can’t recommend ALDOShoes and encourage everyone to just use the website instead.

ALDOShoes does not have the most friendly user interface. It feels bogged down with animation and feels a bit crowded. Also there should be a button that is clearly labeled shop men’s or shop women’s since the sale button is the same as shop men’s and women’s . An app redesign should definitely be consider with emphasis on the user interface and easy of accessibility. On the bottom of ALDOShoes screen you have a shop option. Maybe once the user click there it’ll then be promoted to select whether to shop men’s or women’s followed by a list of categories they can shop. Also maybe take advantage of the extra screen real estate on iPhone XS Max to implement more helpful pictures or update app to adjust to screen size accordingly.

There have been updates to ALDOShoes and while the design and responsiveness has improved functionality is still hit or miss. I currently cannot login to app...even after restarting ALDOShoes and my phone. Secondly, while shopping some of the product images don't display. I also still have issues with ALDOShoes crashing...especially during login or ordering. I love the brand and having ALDOShoes convenience, but now I just use the website because it's more stable and functional. Please fix?

The updated app has taken away the “search” function so if you wanted to go online and search for a particular shoe you can’t! Instead you’re forced to literally navigate ALDOShoes the way Aldo wants you to by viewing their “top priority” shoes as opposed to simply searching for what you want. It constantly says they have a shoe available yet when you checkout it’s not available but when I go to the store low-and-behold there’s one online I can buy. I use to purchase Also shoes primary via ALDOShoes but now I’m venturing to other online shoe stores that are user friendly and actually easy to navigate. Highly disappointed

I just downloaded your app, because I ordered some sneakers, but you’re stupid app won’t let me check out and see my order to see if it’s been sent out or not. Every single time I try to look at that order it goes into blank it just disappears. What is up with ALDOShoes ? It doesn’t work!! I’m going to get rid of it ...its my first time I bought something here and if you guys don’t care I don’t care either.i have a new iPhone 10 max so it ain’t my phone that had the problem.

While I love to shop at Aldo’s, there’s really no point to download ALDOShoes to my phone when I can’t even see a pic of the shoe selections; numerous thumbnails are missing throughout ALDOShoes , in fact a lot more than there are present. I have tried everything to ensure it’s not my phone from deleting and reinstalling ALDOShoes , to enabling all requesting permissions (push, location, etc) and nothing has helped. Not convenient whatsoever if I have to shop from my desktop computer or laptop and can’t do it from my phone wherever I am...

I loooveee Aldo, it’s one of my favorite stores. I am kind of disappointed with ALDOShoes though.
1) It takes forever to load the page, and takes another million years to load your search. It’s quite frustrating to just wait for that long
2) There are no reviews of the items. It will be helpful to make decisions quicker when you see other people’s feedback on the items
3) Please upload more Photos of the items from different angles.

I like ALDO shoes a lot, but ALDOShoes is just slow, chokes a lot, and it doesn’t have critical photos/angles (top, bottom, back) needed in order to make a good choices on which model to buy. There is just not enough information.

Zappos has better product information on ALDO’s shoes than ALDO’s app.

I love Aldo’s but whenever I try ALDOShoes it loads about 10 pairs of shoes and then you have to scroll for it to load. It doesn’t even show the picture! It’s such a hassle to online shop when ALDOShoes is always slow and doesn’t even show you the pictures. They’re seriously losing money because of this problem. If I could give ALDOShoes negative stars I would. Seems like they haven’t tried to fix anything because I got on here almost a year ago and it had the same problems

I like the new idea of the express try-on, though there’s some bugs that need to be fixed. However, the 1 thing that is HIGHLY recommended is a SEARCH bar! #2, reviews aren’t listed for the products. #3, though there’s no search bar, you can filter by color however all colors aren’t listed, for i.e. beige (a popular shoe color). And lastly, #4, there are recommendations for “special occasions” “boots” etc...however it only list the shoe showing and not all others in the category.

The Aldo app use to be my personal favorite app until recent. Now, I am unable to view anything. It takes minutes-hours for maximum three items to show up or view. It is ridiculous honestly. I called the company regarding to this issue, but clearly Aldo does not care enough to fix it. If you’re unable to monitor an app then why create one at all? Your customers are tired of complaining about the same issue ALDO therefore, please FIX IT!

ALDOShoes really needs a heavy update. When you click into categories it doesn’t give you previews or load more than 5 products when clearly they got more. Also when you open a product that only shows you price tag on the preview it doesn’t load at all. Please fix any issues you have with ALDOShoes. Im myself a loyal customer for my shoes at your stores, i would love to be able to purchase online.

I love Aldo! I get all my shoes and bags from Aldo. Your app need major improvements. Opening your app depresses me. It’s so slow, loading won’t happen, app doesn’t even open, it shuts down randomly and it’s always saying error. Honestly, I don’t have the time to login in on my laptop all the time, my phone is always on hand reach and I would prefer to have an app and support a company that can make it easier when ordering online. Please fix.

I love Aldo but their app leaves a lot to be desired. Logging in is a struggle and if I need to reset my password ALDOShoes never throws me to the next page to confirm the change. All in all I loathe making purchases here. A search bar would be nice. I tend to go on the website and put items in my cart and then go back to ALDOShoes . It’s honestly a struggle and I’d rather not use ALDOShoes when there is a more than perfectly good website.

The application NEVER loads. No amount of wifi will get this site to load a full page. There are so many blank boxes on this site via ALDOShoes . I just scroll hoping that whatever loads i actually like. I cant stand ALDOShoes. Ive been using it on and off for years. Its literally a nightmare. As much as the shoes cost, youd think theyd pay developers more money to improve this finicky application.
