Most of the time, Grofers misses couple of items from your ordered list. They will refund the amount along with extra grofer cash. You will not be assured if you will get all your items delivered to you. If you have any thing needed immediately, request not to order from Grofers. I had done the same mistake twice.I had a party and I had ordered the items from Grofers but couple of items were missing from my ordered list. When I contacted them via chat and call center, they told they can’t deliver it today but they can deliver the item next day ( Available slots which is after 10 am).. I am really frustrated with Grofers now. I need to check alternatives of Grofers.

Real cheats. Did not deliver products and not refunding to wallet. Customer rep did not even want to come on the phone. Even gift cards they are not transparent in usage and cheated over Rs 85. Customer calls handled by Junior customer care people who are not empowered to address customer satisfaction issues. Delivery guy himself saying the company is no good. Even these reviews would be read by junior people and deleted so as not to affect customer satisfaction scores. Third class company- needs to learn from BB and JioMart on how to win and retain customers. After over 4 years of regular purchases, I have decided to not buy from these losers.

This has made my life so easy, i can make purchase to my home even when i m not around. I dont have to go to a grocery shop anymore with a big list and a big bag on mu bike.
Also their rates are much less then big basket. I compared products directly. Looks like bigbasket is spending too much on advertisements from our pocket whereas grofers is giving that advantage to us.
Great initiative guys, keep it up.

Overall okay

Most of the stock is old. What’s interesting is that they promise to replace it if you complain and that they are aware of the expiry on their inventory. So they intentionally send you older products with expiry of less than a week. They also don’t provide bags to their delivery executives. The package I received was soiled with dirt from the footrest area of the delivery persons scooter. Had to trash most of it.

While Zepto don’t yet have a large inventory like this app , they are much better in terms of quality and customer experience.

I placed 3 orders so far... their cash back deals are something that you get no where else. I also had a problem with an item in one of the order and Blinkit is so intelligent to resolve my problem. Then delivery is always on time for all my orders, delivery boys are also very respectful... thank you Grofers Team!!!

This should stop looting custom in sake of online comfort…
I tried returning items , and customer support responded with replacement order which was having even worse item quality
And that might not be enough so Over replacement order customer support responded resolution provided and no further return/replacement allowed . Deleting app right away

Just when I was getting used to (and appreciate) Grofer’s super fast delivery. They let me down just when I needed them most. A 18 min delivery wa made in about 3 hrs. I accepted it since I had already paid but did not need it anymore.

It is a great experience with good quality products. Our family loved their help and dedication during this pandemic situation. Thank you Grofers. You took the risk and kept your dedicated effort to help and save the community members.

They were an excellent company when they started. But absolutely inefficient now. There is no way to call customer support. They never delivered my order and the excuse was that I was not “contactable”. The delivery person never reached my home or called me or rang the bell. It took me a day to just cancel my order that was never delivered. I would any day go with Big Basket, much more reliable and very efficient.

First experience with this app. Ordered at 1:40pm order supposed to deliver by 2pm. Contacted to customer care at 2:10pm. They made me wait for agent till 3:45pm. Finally got chance to chat with agent and 10 more mins wait until he checked about my order. At 3:55pm he told me that my order rescheduled. I think it was better for me to go to local shop and buy groceries than this app.

Better than the rest in quality, Price & service.

I was not home but the delivery guys took time to explain the items and list to the employees at home and then asked for cash.
Highly satisfied and will order again. Definately.

Previously ordered items appear in a neat list, making it very convenient to re-order monthly repetitive items. Goods arrive on time and in good condition as promised.

By mistake I ordered the wrong product I asked the costumer support to plz exchange the product but the denied even I was ready to pay the delivery charges also but still the denied to exchange the product. So better order right because they won’t help to exchange that

Excellent But previously I complained for wrong items delivered and once I paid for one item Karonda which was not delivered but I am still waiting for refund

Their operations are pretty bad. I placed order and waited 11 days ..... still they are asking for 5 more days to wait. They are ready to accept their mistake for the delay and not ready for getting punished. Will they wait if I tell them that I will pay after 11 days?

Every service provider in India takes it as granted and play as per their convenience.

Prompt delivery at the mentioned time. Hope to c more variety on your grocery list. Very good discounts given on each n every item

The delivery boys are so unprofessional and never carry change, the only response they give is we take the order back and you get the change and reorder.. some system needs to be put for such issues

Delivery person is not knowldgable and packing was very very bad and smelly. I regularly order from swiggy zomato and bb but this is unacceptable experience. I deleted Blinkit after getting worse experience. Stay away !!!

Please increase your product range, especially the grocery and vegetables,Yiu have potential to be the #1.

Half of the banners/promotions doesn’t work. In Calcutta Times, front page they mentioned silver coin promotion, but never received it when ordered. When contacted customer care, they themselves were not aware of their own promotions. Under-developed app, i’m going to uninstall it w/o any further orders. Pathetic!

My order was not delivered even after following for 3 days since delivery schedule. Each day they kept on removing items from list. There is no customer care number to talk. Pathetic App. Will never use again.

First experience using Grofers and it was amazing. Great price and fast delivery !

Overall I have been satisfied with Blinkit as well as the services. Deliveries have been very punctual in the mentioned timeframe. Prices have been competitive and quality of produce has been good. One major drawback in Blinkit is lack of email integration. You don't have a place to setup your email id so that you can get order confirmation over email. Everything is within Blinkit which is very annoying. If I uninstall Blinkit or change my number its all gone!
