I’ve given ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp a few chances just to do minor touch up work and they always don’t do what I asked and they do whatever they feel like. They change things you don’t want changed and when you contact them to fix it they don’t respond. They don’t refund either so don’t bother with customer service they tell you to contact the designer and deal with them yourself. Invest in good photoshop this ain’t it. ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp is a total scam! I sent in one picture, paid the 2.99 and they sent me my same picture as the finished product. I email saying there were no changes made then they said oh for some reason you can’t see the photoshopped version on ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp , we’ll have the designer email the correct photo to you. Designer emails me my SAME picture. I email again...uhhh stop the same picture...they literally just emailed it again. I asked 3 times for my money back and they just kept emailing me MY SAME PICTURE!!!

Have turned in 2 pictures that needed some help but not much for a pro. The last picture I submitted my face was turned to the side with hair swept across some of the face it caused my face to look misshapen however the picture was a nice picture. I had requested that the hair be thicker in that area to cover the odd shape that was happening. The picture came back with my entire body so smoothed out you couldn’t distinguish the straps of my heels and the skin of my ankles. What in the world! I didn’t even want the body touched. There was a piece of hair cut off of the back I will compare it to the size of a quarter. I did not ask for this either and it is rather odd in most cases to have hair hanging that isn’t attached to your head in any way. My pictures have been edited by the same artist to bad there’s not an option to try a new one. I don’t know if it is her inability or if the entire app is a complete bust either way enough of my money wasted. Next time I’ll just deal with the flaw in the picture.

I requested a certain design and paid my fees. Yet the designer chose to create what she felt best oppose to what I asked for. I never asked her opinion but rather expected to achieve the one main thing I want which was a bald head. I sent message to her several times and still no product of request. I didn’t know that the designer had the discretion to interject their reasoning with a paying customer. I wouldn’t even give this company one star but decided too because hopefully she is not a reflection of the whole company.

I still continue to use this because once in a while I get a great photo editor. Sometimes they make my body look like it has impossible proportions other times amazing job with small things. I never ask for a lot. What angers me is I often get double charged and the same photo is touched up twice the same. I never get refunds and find it hard to communicate with the customer service of ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp . I have just let that go which is why I also give ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp a 2.

I use ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp quite a bit! I am happy w the results most of the time. However sometimes if I send a pic for the .99 cents, sometimes I get really good results sometime not. If I don’t like the results I then pay the $2.99 to hopefully get the results I am looking for.
You can’t beat the price even for $2.99 to change a faded photo from 1969, to a photo w crisp colors.
I am not sure if there is another app that exists like this one.

I don’t know what has changed, but the custom photo option it has been taking quite a bit longer than it used to lately. I don’t know if there are not enough people to do the photos. When I finally get them they do look good but I really don’t want to read four and five hours.

Love ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp. I use it all the time to edit selfies removing people and things from the photo. The only bad thing is I am not able to send my artist a message if they forget to do something. I have to send the photo back in and pay again. Please fix this issue.

I have been using ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp for years and already know the designers and they know me and how I like my photos to be photoshopped. I wish developers could add an option to tip them. They are doing an absolutely amazing job on editing my photos! Olya, Leo, Anna and others thank you so much for dealing with me lol

They do a good job of still making you look real. They don’t do over top crap that makes you look like a wax figure. Been having for two years and use them all the time to fix lighting and small mishaps or glares in my precious memories. Love it

I like and use ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp quite often, it gives me what I was looking for. A simple, light app that can edit my pictures with just a couple of clicks with lots of Great functions. If you want to take your iPhone photos to the next level, ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp is your answer

This is my second time using ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp and I love it! They are amazing at editing photos! They have removed objects from photos, make my makeup look better, get wrinkles out of clothes, etc. I could not be happier! I definitely recommend!

I’ve had skin and health issues all my life. I look 20 years older than what I actually am. I paid to have a photo I like of myself touched up and the result brought me to tears. It’s bittersweet because I wish I really looked like that but I’m so happy with my purchase. I couldn’t do it myself because i no longer have my adobe software plus I’m insanely busy and wouldn’t have the time to do it anyway. So paying a few bucks for someone else to do it was more than worth it for me. I work online and I needed this for my profile picture so customers can see who they’re talking to. But when you get paid only on commission, you need to look good for people to like you (unfortunately). I know this will improve my sales because it’s been proven people are more likely to buy from an attractive person. Now that I have flawless looking skin, I’m gonna go make some money! Thank you so much!!!!

Had a great picture of three other people on a ranch but there are shadows on the face. Ruined the picture. I downloaded ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp . Paid 2.99 and within two hours the hard black shadows on the face were gone. It’s just what I needed. I also asked mentioned the two cars in the background next to our faces. Those are gone too! Thanks people.

I sent a picture because I wanted the background blurred and the results were great. Also, the editor is super responsive. I noticed that my hair was a little blurred out when I got the results and asked the editor to fix it, and she fixed it within minutes. Only thing is that ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp itself is somewhat slow and takes a bit to load at times. Will definitely continue using ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp!

I have used ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp for the past year about ten times now and each time, the touch-ups were great and looked like the original picture. I just submitted the same picture to another app Retouch men, asked for the same touch-ups, and the finished product looked like it had been photoshopped and took about a full 24 hours. Submitted the same pic to ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp yesterday, the finished product looked authentic and took less than a hour.

I have had an excellent experience with Retouchify. You decide how much you want you photo altered & what you want done. They also have spots for notes so you can be specific and explain what you are wanting In alittle more detail than just selecting the areas of the body, face, or Hair U want done. I have stray hairs, blemishes removed, any wrinkles still visible just not as dark or as many. My pics still look natural which I love.
Also can take wrinkles out of clothes.
I recommend I personally have never experienced a single issue.

I submitted pics T 10pm and by 5 am next morning they were done. I had pics of my daughters wedding retouched. I was very happy. I wore a dress with some spanx and wasnt aware my boobs were crooked. Looked very odd and really bothered me. Also my eyes were very small and squinty. The retouch was really great. Another older picture included the entire family and my daughters ex-Fiance. I liked the pic but she would t let me display. They removed him completely and now I can display the picture without upsetting my daughter. A third was sort of orange for whatever reason like a bad filter. They adjusted it to look normal. Will use again.

After reading reviews I was optimistic to try it out. Sent a faded baby photo of my son for retouch. Site says 2 hours for your finished photo. Well it's going on 3 days and nothing. I sent 2 emails requesting feedback, but no reply. I don't know if their out of business or what! Will contact Apple support for my money back.

Never an issue with ProfessionalPhotoEditorApp for my close up shots. I use it for myself (age58) to air brush and touch up and highlight jewelry close up shots for my social media pages. I also use it for my younger models and every image is always striking. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing app! You can easily adjust any part of your body without making outside surroundings curvy. No one was able to tell that the photo has been edited (I guess the professionals will see), but nevertheless, absolutely recommend!!

After using many other apps that claim to do the same thing, I'd say this is close to being the best one, yet. It's fast, easy to use, makes sense and has nearly all the adjustments you'd expect from a mobile editing app. I'm so glad I covered this
