I’ve been using MoneyGoals for over a year and it’s been fantastic! But recently I’ve upgraded to an IPhone X and anytime I get an ad, the close button is too high up on the screen and I can’t close out of it. My only solution is to quit MoneyGoals and get back into it and hope that I don’t get an ad before I can add my savings, it’s super annoying and I’m debating on just switching to another saving app. Would be nice if this could be fixed- and if it does, I will change my rating to 5 stars

I love the design of MoneyGoals and how easy it is to use. Unfortunately, there’s a glitch with the daily savings feature, MoneyGoals is miscalculate the amount that is needed to be set aside each day to reach a short term goal.

The longer the goal, the better MoneyGoals seems at measuring the savings needed to be set aside.

Good thing I’m type A and checked for my own record, or else I would of blindly set aside too little money and been screwed for my goal due date.

I like it but you will have to pay for the premium to get the perks.
I wish it had a tab where you can write all the expenses that added up to that tab. For instance if I created a tab that said Computer Work station, the sub tab would have the cost of the desk, computer, and anything else I have for that project.
But other than that it’s a really clean design app and I like that it can add all expensive.

First off, I haven’t had MoneyGoals for very long but it’s exactly what i was looking for. I read a few reviews and it seems like when there’s a problem you do a good job of fixing it. So thank you for that.

Only thing is I have an iphone and it could be nice to see it on my widget screen, just some sort of preview of my goals. If you happen to do this I would suggest adding a “Show in widget” option to each goal, because I know one or two of my goals I wouldn’t want shown on the screen just a few of them that I choose.

I itemize my savings into different categories and wanted something easier than pencil and paper or a spreadsheet. MoneyGoals is amazing and exactly what I needed! I can see what I’m saving for, see my totals with the pro version and add or delete funds as needed. I wish I would have found this years ago! Update on my review: I removed one star because there is such a lag in pressing the buttons to navigate around MoneyGoals . Add money to a goal and want to go back to the main menu, i have to click on the back button multiple times and then wait for the lag. Frustrating!

I love MoneyGoals and will never stop using it. It works very well for me and the multiple things I need to save for.

The only thing I’d like to see if they do a future update is to add another saving frequency option. Currently they only have 3; daily, weekly and monthly. Which is fine especially since I get tips at work so I set it to daily usually for this. Though I and a lot of people get paid biweekly, so it’d be perfect if they had that as an option so I can quickly look at MoneyGoals grab the number and start budgeting my paycheck.

Very very little thing, but I’ve had MoneyGoals for over three years at this point I believe and I’ve never seen that update happen.

Otherwise as I mentioned before I will never stop using it because it works perfect, especially being that I get tips at work so I set it to daily, but I will be changing jobs soon.

I was trying to find an app where I could track savings with a progress bar and this is perfect. The ability to add a picture of what the saving goal is adds a motivation to save, as does the progress bar and percentage readouts. The only thing I ask is if the developers add the ability to move the goals into the order I want instead of alphabetical or due date. Other than that though, its a fantasic app!

Edit: Please update! I just upgraded to an iPhone Xs and MoneyGoals immediately crashes when I try to open it!

I’m still a child 😂 as a child it’s harder for me when I have to pay $20 a month for my phone bill, and also have to use my own money when I don’t have a job yet! I was hoping MoneyGoals would be able to let me freely have at 3 goals. That’s a normal number right? Three wishes etc. anyways, seeing as I don’t have a job. I can’t upgrade to premium and keep track of all my goals! If MoneyGoals was completely free then it would earn five stars. But, for now. Until next time thank you! 😊

I love that it’s simple and easy to understand. I love that you can choose your own picture for your goal. I was going to Asia, so I put some great pictures that made me excited every time I logged some savings. I do wish there was an easier way to take money off, when I originally got MoneyGoals I just guessed by putting a - in front the dollar amount that had left the savings and it worked. That’s my only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

I love MoneyGoals. It’s very helpful to keep me motivated to my goal. One suggestion. I would love to see along with how much I have progressed toward my goal, how much is left to attain my goal. Yes, I can figure it out doing some subtraction but it would be great for MoneyGoals to do it. I realize not everyone would like to see that number so maybe it could be a custom setting.

I have no complaints about MoneyGoals easy and cool interface, fast performance, it does exactly what I was looking for. I’ll switch to premium just to keep ads off. I know this a product and when you want a product you have to pay for it, even if with cash or other item. I suggest developers to add a widget app in premium features 🙂🙂 we want a widget. Of our savings right in the screen without having to open MoneyGoals .

I’ve been using MoneyGoals for god knows how long. I’m not sure if it was MoneyGoals or a different one but there was an option to track bi-weekly. I would love to see that option again instead of having to figure out how much to save a month. Weekly just isn’t an option for me quite frankly. But other than that, it’s an amazing app.

MoneyGoals is really helpful for saving for my goals. I’ve purchased the upgrade for their small fee and would call it an investment. I simply note how much I want to put away and make sure that reflects in my actual bank account. It feels good to watch your money and savings grow for things you really want. Thanks to whoever made this!

Scooped up MoneyGoals for my kiddos so they can visualize how in they save and how much more they need to save for next years vacation. Honestly it makes them work twice as hard and actually I’ve seen a spike in their interest in making money. Which means they ask grandma, grandpa, mom and now just do chores to do them. They have a physic bank at home but I installed MoneyGoals on their iPads so they can see the $$ they have saved. Love.

Great app and super user friendly. I use this everyday. A lot of people complain about the ads and only being able to complete two goals for free, just buy it. It’s worth the investment. No ads, as many goals as you want, all for the same price you spend at a vending machine. Grow up, spend the pocket change, and enjoy this amazing app. It has helped me save for about a dozen things.

I’m using MoneyGoals to keep track of how much money I have put towards getting an Apple Watch. It is simple in the way that as soon as I get any money, even find a few coins laying around, I can just enter it into MoneyGoals and its done. One suggestion that I have would be to add a feature that shows how much more money you NEED to get to your goal. MoneyGoals shows how much money you put into it and the percentage of how close you are, but it doesn’t show how much you still need. I found myself typing things into the calculator and figuring it out that way. Overall this is an amazing app!!!

I love MoneyGoals, the premium features are nice, but MoneyGoals is still amazing without buying them. I saved up for a new iPhone with MoneyGoals and have recommended it to all my friends! It even shows you what percentage of your goal you have already saved up. You can also set it to give you reminders to invest some money, and once you set a goal date, it says home much money you need to invest per week to make the goal. Definitely recommend!

Love MoneyGoals ( pro user). I am a tipped employee and I use MoneyGoals everyday to keep track of the tips earned: created a goal and every day I enter cash tips earned and at the end of the year I know how much I made.

Super useful! I would like to suggest to add the ability to see a date marker in the progress bar for each goal. Or if you press and hold the progress bar you can see the date/amount combinations. This is useful to be able to see how much tips I earned on a given month/time period

I enjoyed MoneyGoals up until recently. I tried to input a goal date but the options were blank, yet the scrolling effect was still there - I just couldn’t see the month/day/year I was selecting. I figured in order to fix it, I’ll just delete MoneyGoals then redownload it. I download it again and it still won’t show the goal date. All in all, the features are great, I just can’t select a goal date.

Figured out the problem. The date selections are in white, and the background is also white.

This is so appealing to the eye and is fun to keep track of my progress for my money goals. I use it for everything from travel funds, home projects, holidays and paying down debt. Anything that will require some planning and organization goes into MoneyGoals for me to gauge how close I am to completion. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Seeing the progress bar keeps me motivated!
