Bought tickets through them and then airline cancelled the flight. They told me that my ticket is not refundable so I won’t get my money back. Funny? And no customer service whatsoever, just random emails.

Купил билит через них и затем узнал , что авиакомпания отменила рейс. Сказали что мой билет невозвратный, поэтому никаких денег мне назад не вернут. Кроме того по телефону никакой поддержки нет, email с опозданием на 6 часов.

Поддержка не работает от слова совсем! Обращался несколько в сапорт, оформлял тикеты, каждый раз их закрывали без моего согласия, оставляя мне формальное сообщение и пропадали с концами

Я пользуюсь этим приложением вроде около двух лет. Выгодно что есть баллы которыми можно воспользоваться и экономить. К тому же цены почему то тут дешевле и показаны те Билеты, которые не всегда отражаются в других приложениях:)

Купила на свою голову билет в этой конторе, как только коснулось обмена билета, который уже подтвердили все, даже авиакомпания, но технически можно сделать только через агента( kupibilet) и тут начались чудеса. Только чат, на который ответы приходят в виде отписок и обещаний решить вопрос за 24 часа до вылета. Ни како доводы, что нужно добраться до места вылета, что животное на борт нужно зарегистрировать не работают. Просто отфутболивают, тянут время, удерживая деньги. Категорически не рекомендую эту организацию. Билет то купите, но как только нужно будет решить какой-то вопрос о вас забудут. Мой номер заказа 8147141391. Я бьюсь во все возможные службы, вылет через два дня, а меня только просят ждать , хотя обратилась я месяц назад и регулярно писала в поддержку с просьбой отреагировать на мое обращение, на что меня тоже просили ждать. Дотянули до последнего, а потом выяснилось, что у купи билет ,якобы нет нужной информации от авиакомпании.

Не так давно мы с подругой вернулись из Индонезии. Сам тур , авиабилеты и прочее бронировали самостоятельно через сервис купибилет при помощи смарт маршрута. В целом перелет прошел отлично, за исключением одного НО) Уже когда мы собирались улетать, подруга обнаружила в своем билете ошибку паспортных данных. Мы было думали бронировать новый авиабилет, но потом вспомнили что при покупке авиабилетов каждая из нас оформила себе услугу приоритетной поддержки, мы сразу же обратились туда, и нас помогли внести изменения в билет в тот же день!

Абсолютно бесполезная компания, нет никакого смысла покупать через них, если могу купить напрямую у авиалинии. Были рейса туда-обратно с «умной» пересадкой. Что в ней умного, я так и не понял. И туда, и обратно отменили по 1 рейсу. Купи билет сказал, что обменять билет не могут, могут только вернуть, при этом удержав свою комиссию, и это при вынужденном возврате. Если покупать напрямую у авиалинии, то возвращают всю сумму. В поддержке отвечают долго, есть онлайн-чат, но там ниче не решают. Покупайте лучше напрямую.

В любой момент при покупке билета деньги могут списаться а билет не прийдет, придётся ждать возврата до 5 дней, сервис не считает себя виноватым, никакой компенсации не получите..

Купил гарантированный возврат за доп. стоимость 3104₽, в итоге не могут его исполнить с 13 апреля. Пишу в чат, говорят ждите. Пишу на почту - молчат. Заказ: 9321428756
