Абсолютно бесполезная компания, нет никакого смысла покупать через них, если могу купить напрямую у авиалинии. Были рейса туда-обратно с «умной» пересадкой. Что в ней умного, я так и не понял. И туда, и обратно отменили по 1 рейсу. Купи билет сказал, что обменять билет не могут, могут только вернуть, при этом удержав свою комиссию, и это при вынужденном возврате. Если покупать напрямую у авиалинии, то возвращают всю сумму. В поддержке отвечают долго, есть онлайн-чат, но там ниче не решают. Покупайте лучше напрямую.

Bought tickets through them and then airline cancelled the flight. They told me that my ticket is not refundable so I won’t get my money back. Funny? And no customer service whatsoever, just random emails.
