Tandem app is crashing all my android system, total system freeze.

The tandem app (I guess technically the website) doesn't work, when I search for a partner, it says "Sorry, something went wrong, please try again", so I wait, and wait, and wait, try again, and oh! "Sorry, something went wrong, please try again" what. the. fu- Anyway, I wait my impatient ass off, still not working, tried to change my profile picture, find a partner, but the ONLY successful thing I managed to get is, (drumroll pls), me getting to say I don't speak Spanish fluently... hurray. Tandem pls halp
App not working. You text me a code but the code doesn’t work! It says something went wrong?
Sorry, something went wrong...is the message I keep getting. I'm not sure what the problem is as I am still receiving emails notifying me of new chats etc. It's a bit annoying to be locked out for no apparent reason.

i registered a lot and it doesnt allow me to join and chat
The tandem t-slim mobile app keeps crashing and kicking me out of the app all together I’ve unpaired, signed out, and deleted the app. nothings working
I can't get into the app. Only get screen which says "unlock the app to continue", but can't unlock or get app to respond at all. Loading carries on indefinitely, though I have good signal strength. Need to access urgently, so very annoyed!
The navigation bar at the bottom of the screen (community, chats, certificates, pro) does not disappear when I want to record a voice message or attach a picture/screenshot. I can do neither. This happened immediately following an update.
