- Lost everything a half a dozen friends I was having conversations with

I cannot log in in the app using my Gmail account which I've already registered before. "Lo sentimos, ha habido un error. Intenta de nuevo. (CError:1)" Website Tandem works perfect ad I don't have log in problems.

Received a message this morning, but had only just seen it when the iPad screen went black. Luckily I have an old mini iPad and managed to install Tandem on this device where it works. BUT I need to be able to use Tandem on the iPad. Christa

The tandem app (I guess technically the website) doesn't work, when I search for a partner, it says "Sorry, something went wrong, please try again", so I wait, and wait, and wait, try again, and oh! "Sorry, something went wrong, please try again" what. the. fu- Anyway, I wait my impatient ass off, still not working, tried to change my profile picture, find a partner, but the ONLY successful thing I managed to get is, (drumroll pls), me getting to say I don't speak Spanish fluently... hurray. Tandem pls halp

Sorry, something went wrong...is the message I keep getting. I'm not sure what the problem is as I am still receiving emails notifying me of new chats etc. It's a bit annoying to be locked out for no apparent reason.

I just registered and when I try to log in, the website says "Sorry, something went wrong, please try again". I at least want to see my pending status or if I was approved as a member

The tandem t-slim mobile app keeps crashing and kicking me out of the app all together I’ve unpaired, signed out, and deleted the app. nothings working

I can't get into the app. Only get screen which says "unlock the app to continue", but can't unlock or get app to respond at all. Loading carries on indefinitely, though I have good signal strength. Need to access urgently, so very annoyed!

The navigation bar at the bottom of the screen (community, chats, certificates, pro) does not disappear when I want to record a voice message or attach a picture/screenshot. I can do neither. This happened immediately following an update.
