I turn them on from the app and they don’t turn on idk what the problem is

I installed the type S LED underglow exterior lights on my car. I've been having problems with the app ever since the lights were installed. I will go to the app turn the LED lights on sometimes they come on sometimes they don't. Now I've turned them on and they will not shut off. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app and for some reason the lights still will not turn off won't change colors or anything. Can you please give me some suggestions on what to do? Thank you
