I have the same problem with the lights turn off after 30 seconds worked fine when first installed How do I fix it

Ever since the last update that changed the game way the app looked none of my lights function properly, they’re literally not even worth using at this point, it’s that bad. Speed adjustment doesn’t work right, it almost doesn’t even work at all, when adjusted all the way up the lights appear to be steady burn then flash once every like 1 minute or so but when adjust at 1/4 of full speed they are kinda fast but not like before and I haven’t been able to find anything wrong with my lights, vehicle or phone and this is phone #2 that this problem among the page long list of other issues I’m experiencing that this has persisted with. And I’m now considering the hundreds of dollars I’ve spend on Type S lights to be a loss. To other people who are on the fence about buying some, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! You guys really need to fix this crappy app you have or provide your customers with an update or some kind of solution to this problem because I’ve spent well over $600 on these products only for them to randomly be rendered useless.

Shuts off after 10 seconds

Went through the trouble of checking the lights first, then installed them in my show car, having to run wires very carefully so they didn’t show . Get them all installed and the lights turn on only for about 10 seconds, then they shut off. The master says it is still on but the lights aren’t. Tried everything I could, including uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Still the same. Would like to hear from someone, anyone in their company to try to get this resolved.

Horrible... wish the music setting would change colors and make all the lights do different things rather than the laggy way it is. I tuned off everything in my car and it picks up everything even road noise. Better settings would be way better. I wish you could set all the lights on random or synced to music. Also there should be a better color wheel. App needs a lot of work. $70 lights in my car ended up looking great with not that great of an app. Fix the app please!!!!
