Penmate is messing up . It logged me out and I payed for a membership and I haven’t been able to get back in. Also Penmate just goes white when I try to go to the homepage of it. It’s hard for it to go back normal I have to wait a long time and I just don’t get it . I really thought it was a good app and I never write reviews either .

Penmate is exactly what I’ve needed. It’s very user friendly and allows me to quickly send a letter to family or loved ones locked away and prices are very reasonable.

Your first letter u send is free u can add pictures to great customer service u can also send pics and post cards to choose from I forgot to put my area code and a day away from him getting my mail they made sure to add so he could return to the right address lol idk how they did that but they made it happen ❤️

At first, I had no issues with the system overall. But then when I went to go add more credits, paid for them and everything.. they never became available for use or even showed up on my account. The customer service is nonexistent and never replies, no matter how many times you reach out. So beware

The are thieves. Then they want to charge you more money to fix. They took over $20. from me. They took enough info from me to open all accounts but wouldn't verify me for sending emails to my son because my photo wouldn't take.

So far not so great! Apparently, they could not send an e message and had to be mailed. 6 days later it still hasn’t reached where it’s going and just says it’s on its way. $12 for 5 messages of what I could have put a damn .60 stamp on and mailed myself!

Been trying to send something to someone since 2/9/2024. Sent 1 emessage which had to be printed and delivered & 1 letter with pictures. 1st time they claimed the info was wrong so they resent both. 2nd time, it was supposed to deliver 3/5/2024 but still nothing as of 3/13/2024. This place is a scam. Don’t bother.

PLEASE STOP REFERRING THIS HORRIBLE APP FOR PEOPLE TO TALK TO ANYONE INCARCERATED. THEY DONT ACTUALLY CARE. I ALLSOO SAW THEM LIE IN ANOTHER REVIEW, TELLLONG PEOPLE THEY SEND PHOTO PAPER. THEY PRINT THAT SHIT ON REGULAR PAPER, TOLD TO ME BY SOMEONE ELSE WHO USED THERE SERVICE, THINKING ACTUAL PICTURES WOULD BE SENT. EVERY PICTURE WAS PRINTED ON ONE SGEET IF PAPER. NO ACTUAL

Horrible, they do not check with facilities about specific guidelines for sending letters or photos. Waste of money when it can't be received and you don't receive it either. Gone back and forth for 2 months trying to get a refund. I would never use them again. First off nothing inappropriate was sent. If you guys were talking about abilities have fucking guidelines and restrictions so you would send your shit according to the guidelines that restrictions but you don't and then you don't give a refund. It's a whole fraud ass scam. They are the worst. I would go through any other service but this one.
