We bought tickets for a huge concert at Fenway Park and paid a lot of money. It was a special occasion and weekend away for my husband and I. We had to travel 3 hours so we also booked a hotel (more expenses), but were so excited to go.

When I couldn’t access the tickets the week before the concert on viagogoTickets , I called customer service…again and again and again. After three phone calls and many emails, I still have no tickets and no refund, even though their website guarantees it. No one ever called me back, even though I was told it was being elevated to the “relevant department” and I would have tickets. Now I have no tickets, after paying over $500.

Please buy tickets through another company that is reputable and cares about its customers. There should be a “zero stars” button because it seems too kind giving them even one star.

Elton John has canceled his concert in Indianapolis twice now. The tickets I downloaded for the concert are on an old computer of mine that doesn’t work. Tried to redownload them on my new computer with no luck. This was over two weeks ago and I reached out to customer support. Concert is in 2 days and all they do is send me links to FAQ on their website. Two years ago I bought tickets to The Who that were rejected at the concert venue. Never got reimbursed for those. This service should be pulled given how many negative reviews they get. It’s a ripoff.

I bought the tickets by mistake, next day I want cancel,the customer service lady told me only resell from company website no cancel, that’s fine but i can’t put my ticket on the resell ticket, I call back couple times in 10 days before the game day, but nobody can help me do the resell process, then I call last time the day before game, they told me too close the game can’t do anything, that’s ridiculous, they just want to sell you tickets and don’t care about customer support, don’t buy tickets from this company!!!!

Bought tickets to Nicky Jam & Omer Adam concert. They would not scan for entry. Terrible customer experience and service. Spent hours and money for nothing. I even bought the 2 tickets individually and they both did not work. They need to do a better job authenticating sellers and helping buyers that get defrauded

Would give zero stars if I could. Just don’t do it. Buy your tickets somewhere else. I hate Ticketmaster, StubHub and the rest that rake is with fees but this - not them - is sadly why we can’t have nice things. An app purporting to be an alternative but per my experience just scams you so you miss events and pay extra fees

App functions poorly-doesn’t scroll right, interface is weird, etc. And then on top of that they are shady and slow and generally frustrating to deal with. Will never book with viagogo again to be sure.

Bought tickets for a concert and day of “wasn’t able to redeem”. Called customer service and went round and round being passed to next person. Was told would be issued refund and communication was stopped. Stole our money

I’ve never used viagogo before until now, and it’s been such a bad experience. There customer service, their system. Going forward I’ll stick to companies like StubHub

I got 3 tickets by the viagogo app, I received only 2. Spoke 12 times with support, but nothing change. Events already gone but they still waiting response from seller

Went to take my daughter to Harry Styles concert on May 20th and the tickets they sent us was fake. Ruined out night. Especially Daddy Daughter night out to a concert together.

Poor customer support for seller. Will waste your tickets and time then not get paid.

We Just bought the tickets for the match between real madrid and getafe (300€) and they gave me a ticket with another name on it and they don’t lemme in so viagogoTickets is a big mess

Do not buy your tickets via viagogo. Way to expensive and bad customer service without real answers

viagogoTickets and vendor is completely fake and fraudulent. Don’t get tickets from whatever scum is running this business.

I purchased ticket for a soccer game in Madrid a little over a month ago before the game. Randomly, a week later, I get an email stating that event time and date had change. Unfortunately, we had to resell tickets due to our flight not getting in on time. I listed the tickets a week before the game. Tickets sold over night, and they stated I would not receive payment till after the game to confirm that tickets were valid, even though I purchased them from them. Well, 2 days AFTER the event, I get an email stating my ordered was cancelled and I will not be getting paid for the tickets. However, they canceation policy from the buyers states no refunds nor cancellations. So how is it that my tickets were able to get canceled by the buyer two days AFTER the event. Total scam, and on top of it, now I'm getting ready to get another charge of 257 dollars for selling fees. I REPEAT DO NOT but from them. It is a SCAM! I'm now, 900 dollars short, but I guarantee that this will not be the end of me.

I don’t know what has happened with anyone else on viagogoTickets, but I had no problem. I was really worried about my tickets after I read all the reviews. Make sure you download viagogoTickets ! Once you create a password for viagogo and download viagogoTickets , you can see your purchases and e-tickets. Use the e-tickets straight from viagogoTickets to be scanned when you’re entering the venue. The printed version looks weird so just use the one on your phone. I was freaking out because I thought I wouldn’t get my tickets. Yes, they charge way more than the original price, but it’s a third party seller. If you don’t want to pay extra then use another ticket seller. But viagogo did work fine for me as far as just buying tickets to an event. The tickets were real.

So I looked at the price of the ticket at first, and it said $68. Then all of a sudden I made the purchase and they charged me $100!!!!! I was livid and I looked and there was around $30 in just “booking fees”. If that’s just how viagogoTickets works then I will never, ever, under any circumstances use it ever again. I paid almost double what some of my friends paid. Other people had only paid $58 for their tickets and only bought them a little while before me. So when I saw $68 I figured that was reasonable. Not only that, but apparently my ticket “won’t be available” to download until the week of... well guess what lol IT IS THE WEEK OF. Supposedly I should be able to download no less than 3 days before the event. Hopefully that happens. Like I said, I will NEVER use viagogoTickets ever again. Hopefully the ticket works and I can get in without problems.

I only realized just how fraudulent this service was until I had paid for my tickets. The ridiculous scalped price combined with viagogoTickets 's one-star review horror stories & pending law suits should have tipped me off, but by the time I saw these things, the transaction was already complete. All there was left to do was go to the venue and get turned away (as I figured others would have been sold the exact same ticket, and one would get in before me, making mine void). Somehow, incredibly, miraculously, I got in. Under no circumstance will I be using this service again, nor do I advise that anyone else use it. But I must give credit where credit is due. Sold my tickets, transferred to buyer, he ACCEPTED them, but then reported he didn’t received anything, so i didn’t got my money. Disgusting customer service!

We are flying to Sweden from USA to see Madonna and we order tickets 8 months ago and still no tickets have been transferred , it says to wait until the actual concert day. Don’t buy thru viagogoTickets.

I was sold fake tickets for an AC Milan game on Viagogo, which nearly ruined my Italy vacation. They were then unhelpful but simultaneously begged me to not call my credit card company, and thought I’d listen. The gall of these guys is just unreal. It’s worth the extra money to go through official event sites.

And, if you ever get Serie A tickets from Giancarlo Lombardi, return them immediately and notify Viagogo. He’s a low-life, scum-of-the-earth bottom-feeding criminal who ruined a great night for me and the 22 other people who also fell victim to his scam.

Bought tickets to Elton John in London months ago, long story short. Day of the concert still hadn’t received the actual tickets, just loops on their app and email saying “your tickets have been transferred” but no information on how to access them. Spoke for hours with at least five different customer service reps saying the tickets were transferred but nothing about now to access them. FINALLY, after speaking to about ten people, someone told me I had to download the AXS app and that’s how the tickets transferred. No mention of AXS in any email or from any of the customer service reps. Epic failure and will not be using again.

I purchased tickets from viagogo, they gave me the wrong ticket. I purchased the correct ones and have documentation to prove it. Because the tickets were changed by viagogo without my consent, I was not able to use the ticket. I called the day after, as I was instructed to at the event, and viagogo said that since I didn’t call during the the moment of the issue, they would not give me a refund. However, if you look at the website, it says you have 10 days for a full refund if there’s problems with the tickets. Instead, viagogo gave me some stupid token $41 credit towards an other purchase. I wonder where they came up with that number. I will never use viagogo again and suggest that all of you stay away from this business who will not honor basic business integrity.

I purchased tickets to see a soccer game in Portugal, best seats for a once in a life time experience. The day of the game, 2 hours before the game, they told me the seller didn’t have the tickets. Offered replacement tickets, which I assumed were similar. They gave me the worst seats on the stadium, for the price of the best. I left after 2 minutes. What a scam.
