Najmنجم is terrible and doesn’t work, can’t detect the location and crush suddenly it’s just bad

البرامج معقد وصعب الاستخدام. حصل لي حادث وموظف نجم لم يحضر الى الان لمدة ساعة من تقديم البلاغ . للاسف رقم التواصل محدود بساعات عمل ولا استطع معرفة وقت حضوره لعدم وجود وسيلة تواصل معه
عند عمل مطالبة جديدة رمز التحقق لا يظهر
تم تكرار العملية مرارًا ولم يعمل
