Just purchased an event pass this morning for the NCVF Championships. First game I watched was fine. Now I'm watching the next match and it is freezing about every 30 seconds. Very difficult to watch and enjoy. Not sure why its so bad all of a sudden when nothing has changed on my end. Did not pay $40 to have this kind of service.

How to fix BallerTV app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BallerTV app on iPhone
Update BallerTV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BallerTV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BallerTV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BallerTV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BallerTV Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BallerTV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BallerTV App
1. On android, goto Settings » BallerTV » click [Force Stop]

Update BallerTV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BallerTV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BallerTV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BallerTV.

Fix BallerTV unable to contact server/ BallerTV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BallerTV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BallerTV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BallerTV
