Just purchased an event pass this morning for the NCVF Championships. First game I watched was fine. Now I'm watching the next match and it is freezing about every 30 seconds. Very difficult to watch and enjoy. Not sure why its so bad all of a sudden when nothing has changed on my end. Did not pay $40 to have this kind of service.

Force Stop the BallerTV App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BallerTV app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BallerTV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BallerTV App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BallerTV app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BallerTV.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BallerTV » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BallerTV » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
