I have a problem with DawgNation

User reports:
No current problems

- Changes to the app are cumbersome to navigate

- Require users to enter a nickname before proceeding

- Content is organized by individual author/their column and not by how recent the content was published

- No visible date on the articles

- Confusing to navigate the various sections down the page to determine which articles are new and which are older

App not opening on my S10+. Reinstall no different

To resolve DawgNation network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the DawgNation App
1. On android, goto Settings » DawgNation » click [Force Stop]

Clear DawgNation App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DawgNation » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DawgNation.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DawgNation » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DawgNation » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DawgNation
