I subscribed to Ballertv on Saturday, March 24th to see my granddaughter play volleyball in Las Vegas. I was hoping to get a free trial from the app, but it was not available. Never having seen my granddaughter play, I subscribed to least expensive plan, which cost me almost $50. After using the app for about two hours, I stopped watching because the feed kept stopping, the players were far away and difficult to see, and the referees' head was getting in the way. Considering all of these factors, I am requesting a refund for the money I paid for the subscription and would like to have it refunded to my credit card. Thank you, Mara Tupesis

I am being charged for a subscription that I have not authorized. I am assuming it is being renewed from my son using my credit card to purchase a subscription on last year. I need to cancel and be refunded. I need a contact for a live person so that I can cancel this. Please advise.

I logged in, paid and went to watch 2 games tonight. Neither of which were available. One they finally started the streaming 1/2 way through the game.. actually through most of the game. I TOLD them i was going to watch the 2nd game. Same problem. I'm sure its a deliberate decision on ballertv's part - to save on bandwidth. But i'm paying to watch a game. Either say that team won't be broadcast or broadcast them. And then one of the customer support people told me if i want to avoid missing the game i should follow them to get an sms. I DO follow them, and no sms UNTIL I ping customer support and they go through the process of starting the streaming. Currently trying to find a forum, like YELP to vocalize these issues. I doubt I'm the only one

How to delete a clip I save (that in) from the Clip Library

I am not able to watch all my grandaughters volleyball games. They are only showing clips not the whole game. For the amount of money I am paying I should be able to watch the whole game.

Purchased a livestreamed event only to find out that my sons game isn't being livestreamed only certain locations with in the tournaments have coverage. As i only have interest in his game I how do we rectify this?
