This is the most clunky finicky customer care program I’ve ever seen. It’s not intuitive at all, and many of the steps are redundant for no reason.

Constantly crashes or freezes. Have to re-log in after every use and the calendar always starts at the first day of the month. Definitely needs updating at least from the service tech in the field perspective.

Overly complicated time entering for worked hrs especially on multiple hrs worked on different Jobs..or if combination of regular and straight time and multiple jobs

Make sure your portrait mode is locked or your camera will go all upside down and backwards if you accidentally turn your screen. Constantly freezes and leaves me with a migraine.

Company switched to this app 3yrs ago. Constantly glitching out, requiring log in, automatically sending you back multiple screens to get back to one you were originally on, etc. Total junk, and a complete waste of time.

There is no option to put in employee time and I have to guess which number is the employee I want because we can’t have the names on the front screen. No option to copy or move time. Completely useless

Can’t save my time in app. Error message comes up every time. Admin says use the browser. I guess Acumatica doesn’t work? Can’t locate employee log in from main website. Have to ask for the secret address in order to sign in as an employee. Can’t use my phone on the browser.

Tethered to a computer. This is homework after school.

Regardless of whether Admin or I are doing something incorrectly (and I am doing exactly what had worked two pay periods ago), software should prevent this situation, or at a minimum describe in a pop-up what is wrong and how to fix it, because if the users can’t fix it they’re probably more likely to give a bad review.

Agree with all the reviews about it constantly freezing and being slow. I tried to call today and was told to basically pay them to get some customer service.

Acumatica constantly doesn’t work. There is so many options to have to click on in so many different areas. It’s almost a full time job just to use Acumatica .

not closing out calls consistently. lots of signal issues along with freezing. constantly rebooting my apple mobile device to re-initialize app. Not sure if it’s system issue, or communication issue or even climate change. Acumatica should work fluidly on a consistent basis. Once in a while I can understand. My issues are everyday. I really don’t like using Acumatica but company uses it to track field time. 😦😦😦😦

Our company was a Sage/iSales user. iSales was a more developed app with a better interface. this app app is underdeveloped from a user experience, but has a lot more potential. Customization, live data, etc.

The mobile app not only has extensive functionality built in, but has limitless customization through the this app ERP framework. The WMS system is very fast and responsive. The sign on integrates flawlessly with Azure AD multi factor authentication and also enables builtin accounts to use multi factor authentication. You can easily upload a document from the mobile app. Push notifications can be done on almost any business event to go to a users phone. The this app mobile app is a must for all customers of this app.

Having the ability to upload receipts right from my phone saves me time. It also means I don’t have to come back from a trip or an event and spend time scanning them in. I also like the fast approval request notification to stay on top of getting payment out in a timely manner and it won’t be lost in my email.

I’ve been in B2B sales for 10+ years and used a variety of tools. Acumatica is outstanding for managing my tasks and checking contact and account activity. From an org level it’s great that the rest of our team can access the different modules of our ops software. 10/10!
Takes a moment to load the first time I load it after a weekend or a few days of not using it. Universal search great!

Now you can easily display Dashboards on Acumatica . All the dashboards created in this app can now be accessed and displayed in the iPhone app as easy as checking a box on the dashboard to enable visibility in Acumatica . this app is updating the software twice a year with new releases. Every release gives us new features to use and gain better insight on making sound decisions for the direction our company needs to go. Keep up the great work!

Great app for employees working outside the office to provide fast and accurate service for customers. It uses the mobile device’s features, which makes working on the go so much easier (voice dictations, mobile notifications, using camera for taking pictures of receipts, and many more). In addition to that, it displays this app dashboards and reports with real-time data. Time-saver. Highly recommend.

Especially useful for expense receipts/reports, approvals, getting signatures in the field, adding images in various areas, WMS, Sales/CRM, and notifications.

Able to stay on top of things and keep things moving, even away from my desk/computer.
