It don’t work!!!!!
I can’t even watch the live streams. The live streams are always buffering. I pay for 400 mbps and both speed test confirms I get 300 mbps through out my house. I have no problem with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime, Disney plus, you tube, CNN or Apple TV plus. I can’t get a full 15 minutes of RETV OR TVJ without buffering issues. I had the same issue three years ago but I thought I’d try again. Bad decision and a waste of money.
1SpotMedia deserves -0. I selected 1 because that was the lowest. They collect your money and give poor service. Always have trouble viewing the events. Can a tech company on Jamaica develop an app for track and field? I’m tired of contacting this support team.

Poor or no transmission happens often and especially on weekends. Customer service only works Mon - Fri. Service should be free until TVJ can guarantee subscribers a better service.
You collect my money and I can’t see anything, I get my email that it’s it confirmed and when I open 1SpotMedia it keeps telling me that I need to buy plan and I $4 dollars gone knot

The UI could be significantly improved. For reference: Att tv, fubo tv or even sling. Subscribers deserve that much. More importantly, an apple TV app needs to be developed ASAP...i’d prefer that before a UI chamge simply because the stream speeds are already fast and in HD so it just needs to be available on Apple TV. I’d pay for 1SpotMedia honestly.
App needs some work sometimes feeds offline. It serves the purpose to watch News and Music Videos. Wish channel lineup in Jamaica was better.

This app socks. I am trying to live school challenge quiz now and they are showing some damn thing about orange industry...SUCKS. Can't even maximize my screen on my iPad. Again, this app SUCKS
The app works ok for me, but it's for smart phone only..i'm not able to get full screen on my tv. On my tv it's so small I'm unable to see anything.It works better in the browser...please fix...I would not recommend subscription until it's proper. It's a simple fix...
