How to fix Glovo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Glovo app on iPhone
Update Glovo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Glovo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Glovo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Glovo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Glovo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Glovo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Glovo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Glovo » click [Force Stop]

Update Glovo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Glovo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Glovo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Glovo.

Fix Glovo unable to contact server/ Glovo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Glovo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Glovo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
