The application crashed after adding all my payment information (visa) & the price was deducted, without receiving a confirmation email nor the actual order!

And after contacting McDelivery(phone), all they can do is issue a complain then re-order my unprocessed order and I have to pay again in cash, or simply try again and pay the price again through McDeliveryUAE .

Please fix the checkout crashing...

Can’t add items sometimes it would show me this “Xc”.
Can’t edit my address.
Also what’s up with the drivers asking for the address when I already added the address!

Its absolutely fine. i don’t know what the other reviews are talking about as they probably have a problem with their app. But i have been using McDeliveryUAE for 2 years now & no orders have failed me. Great app.

Been trying to add a new address however it doesn’t recognize it. Called the call center and they said to order through Deliveroo... great way to promote your app...

The new version doesn't let me add items to my cart.

I am ordering from McDeliveryUAE and it take more than 1h and half i try to call the call center and they inform me that my order been changed to other delivery area no experience at all

- map can’t accept my location
- won’t accept my UN & PW and have reset multiple times
- loses info I have entered if I switch between apps

How hard is it for McDonald’s to make an application? Those developers must be complete idiots, not sure if they are developers in the first place. McDeliveryUAE never loads on iPhone 7 and I think not just the iPhone 7.

Garbage app programmed poorly and after spending 30 min setting up my account (because McDeliveryUAE kept crashing) and after I gave them ALL my personal info they tell me that they DO NOT DELIVER TO MY AREA. GARBAGE APP GARBAGE SERVICE DONT USE.

It forced you to pay cash! You can’t press the OTP confirmation as it’s hides in the lower most, i tried to scroll but it goes down again and again. This should be graded negative starssss.

McDeliveryUAE used to look so terrible, and would lag, now it’s better :)

Please add features such as adding extra cheese or beef paties.

The application does not work 3 weeks ago, the start page is frozen on all versions of iPhone 6, 7, x, and does not skip it . WAKE UP

There’s always some kind of problem that you run into, don’t waste your time on this useless app made by brain dead developers..

Never managed to order online unbelievable how 3rd party apps like zomato and talabat can make McDonald’s orders better than McDonald’s app

It is really strange that a company like Mac donald can’t offer the customers with a professional App similar to other smaller company.

I live in a villa and Mc Donald is legit 2 mins away from my house and it says it’s far. They should’ve just stayed with talabat
