Your manager Suchita didn’t response my request in a proper manner. It is so disappointed to what I have seen your company training on staffs. KFC is bulshit service with customers who order online, I was order online from Arabian center mizher branch. They take money from my account but isn't deliver the food. Why is this . Shameless KFC

This is the last time I am ordering. Every time there is delay. Different agents give wrong info. First follow up the agent told driver on the way. 2nd follow up agent says he will ask restaurant to process faster. You can’t track real-time like the driver location / number etc. the mobile app has to be robust and real time.
