Unfortunately, my experience with KFC has been nothing short of disappointing. The extended delay in delivering my order not only inconvenienced me but also disrupted my plans for the evening. Your manager Suchita didn’t response my request in a proper manner. It is so disappointed to what I have seen your company training on staffs.
Furthermore, the lack of communication regarding the delay exacerbated my frustration. I received no updates or notifications regarding the delay, leaving me uncertain about the status of my order. This lack of transparency and failure to keep customers informed is a grave oversight on your part.
As a loyal customer of KFC, I have always expected reliable service and timely deliveries from your esteemed brand. Regrettably, this recent incident has severely tarnished my perception of KFC and has made me question whether I should continue patronizing your establishment in the future.
