Checkout crashing

The application crashed after adding all my payment information (visa) & the price was deducted, without receiving a confirmation email nor the actual order!
And after contacting McDelivery(phone), all they can do is issue a complain then re-order my unprocessed order and I have to pay again in cash, or simply try again and pay the price again through the app.
Please fix the checkout crashing...
App doesn’t allow to add new address

Been trying to add a new address however it doesn’t recognize it. Called the call center and they said to order through Deliveroo... great way to promote your app...
No experience

I am ordering from the app and it take more than 1h and half i try to call the call center and they inform me that my order been changed to other delivery area no experience at all
