Although “United States” appears as a supported region, almost no US restaurants appear in app so entirely useless.

I booked at a local restaurant, received 2 email confirmations and when my friends and I got to the restaurant, I was told we had no booking! They didn’t even acknowledge EatApp !

I received no call or email to tell me my booking was not guaranteed - completely unacceptable.

What a disappointment!

By far the worst mobile app I have tried. Totally useless and customer service is provided by morons.

I want to delete my account but no one reply

Stuck in different language. Took toooo long to set up. No instruction to fix anything

They call it a “confirmation” and then just “waitlist” you at “if there is a free spot”. Some of the restaurants they list are not even linked to them!

It keeps saying that my phone number is invalid. It won't let me create an account. Don't waste your time.

EatApp says my mobile phone number isn’t real and won’t let me create an account.

I downloaded app and it will only pick restaurants in Africa. It would not let me change location.

Language setting stuck in Arabic and I cannot select region other than Canada and cannot change password.

App keeps saying my phone number is invalid. After trying numerous times, it’s easier to delete it than to sign up.

They had reservation options for a restaurant that was not even affiliated with them. The host had no clue who eat was. My entire reservation went up in smokes. Eat just shoves in reservation options without even contacting the owners of the restaurant for permission.

I’ve tried at least a dozen times. It says my phone is invalid. So I tried my work cell, same
Error message. Tried my husbands cell. Same error message.

Configuration of EatApp is impossible. It seems to think I am in Egypt as it gives me choices in Cairo. It will not let me select another region. Also it keeps setting my phone number as Canadian. I keep resetting it to US.

I choose the United States as my location and it makes me choose a region in the Middle East for a place to explore nearby 😐

Initial setup is annoying because the phone number supplied by the user must start with 1 in the USA. How about making that a default entry or
telling the user?

I cannot set up local restaurants because I can’t find a setting for my location. I keep getting restaurants 500 miles away in my “area”. I let them geolocate me and that still didn’t work.

I have a confirmed reservation that shows up in the Eat app but when I enter the exact same restaurant in “search” it says “not found”.

Wonky, goofy app!

I’m in the US but the location is stuck in UAE

Stupid doesn’t give me united state option
