I am trying to get an article in the new york times printed - normally i just go to google and type in the title of the article and it comes up and I print it. I have downloaded google chrome and it asks me over and over to download it. I need a customer service rep to help me. (917) 494-9090 or you can take over my computer remotely.

I see an indicator that previously paid articles exist, but no way to get past the screen demanding $9.49. Not a very good way to entice users. No way to view new content that would be available if one paid subscription fee, or access content already purchased.
