- Crashes when you hit the menu button.

- Crashes when you try to filter results.

- Can’t save the passwords as you do the traditional passwords.

- Doesn’t register your searches or that you have applied.

- Doesn’t register any of the job titles you select.

I and others can't sign into Jobs4TN.gov at the library nor at American Job Center in Rogersville TN. for 3 weeks now. I was told to call Nashville labor Dept. This is beyond frustrating for those certifying for unemployment. Tax payers deserve better.

How to fix JOBS4TN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the JOBS4TN app on iPhone
Update JOBS4TN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall JOBS4TN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix JOBS4TN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve JOBS4TN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix JOBS4TN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the JOBS4TN App
1. On android, goto Settings » JOBS4TN » click [Force Stop]

Update JOBS4TN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear JOBS4TN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » JOBS4TN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart JOBS4TN.

Fix JOBS4TN unable to contact server/ JOBS4TN internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click JOBS4TN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto JOBS4TN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch JOBS4TN
