My Orange Egypt Reviews

Whenever I open MyOrangeEgypt , a message pops up telling me to update or continue (even though it’s been updated). After I click continue, it immediately crashes MyOrangeEgypt upon clicking on any option (e.g. my internet). Not to mention, there is no iPhone X support.

This is my second 1 star review. My previous complaints have not been met, and now there’s a new issue that prevents me from completely using MyOrangeEgypt ! Get your act together.

It keeps crashing out daily which makes it so hard for me to do anything with it , it’s been more than 4 hours since I charged with 100 pounds to activate an internet package but it’s not responding and not allowing me to activate the package, I tried the website, phone codes and everything but it keeps telling me that I can’t activate a bundle currently. You guys need to FIX YOUR SYSTEM!!!

From the very moment I open MyOrangeEgypt , there is a risk of crashing. A blank message pop ups. Two options are given- continue or cancel. Makes sense that when I select “continue”, MyOrangeEgypt crashes. I must select ‘cancel’ and the popup message disappears. Why is this even an issue?? Do devs not open MyOrangeEgypt themselves?

There are many features and functions in MyOrangeEgypt , but none as essential as data usage. The problem is that If I want to view my data usage/remaining, MyOrangeEgypt crashes. MyOrangeEgypt is literally useless if it can’t tell me my usage info.

When I renewed my plan, I got an error message. So I tried again. Got an error message once more. Then I realized I had renewed my plan TWICE, without any confirmation other than the initial error message. Now I have double my monthly data usage, and only 1month to use it all.

Yes, I can carry over the data, which leads me to second issue— the carry over data doesn’t even display. It only shows my renewed plan.

disappointing and frustrating experience all around.

The worst customer services in the whole world not only in Egypt plus u are thieves, u promised the 900 pounds voucher so we upgraded to higher subscriptions then by the time it was due, u cancelled it without a word of apology or any compensation. The customer service at ur shop insults us literally and when i file a complaint through the phone u tell me u will get an answer in 48 hours and then nothing. When this company was Mobinil they absolutely topped u. Sham on u a bunch of losers! I'm leaving this network immediately after being with u since 1998. Period

First of all it never loads, and in the rare occasion it loads it just kicks me out of MyOrangeEgypt . and that happened on two different phones, and laptop. Plus, non of my cards gets approved with the message “the card is declined” and when I contact my bank they say the transaction didnt even reach them to decline it. Your front end is trash, and the backend seems to also be trash.

Why should I have to log in every time and the setting doesn’t show any option to keep logged in ?
Also I can’t see login with biometrics option ?
Last but not least, why we can not manage more than one account/ number within MyOrangeEgypt ?
I think MyOrangeEgypt lacks a lot of basic options compared to other apps from other operators ?

The new app is extremely slow to load. Many times it fails to load. I find the old app much better in terms of response. Plus I don’t see much benefit. Still the same functions. Even the same screen once I click on the icons of My Balance (the data,sms, voice).

After 3 weeks we got an update, now it's working fine , one more thing can you add options for saving the credit card information of course without CV number , so instead of submitting the information every time to pay your bill , App can save that numbers. Thanks.

The application interfaces is not customized for the iPhone plus screen size and the fonts looks awkwardly large. Also Krissy logging me out every day I have to enter my phone number and password everytime I try to use it. Why can't it just store the login info or use the finger print for logging in. I can't believe a mobile phone carrier can't develop a decent phone app.

Egypt had a problem with their last update in that it kicked me out of MyOrangeEgypt every time I tried to see my internet package. I notified them of the problem and they issued a new update fixing the problem and making this a very useful and valuable app once again.

The latest update brought back this problem. I have a postpaid line and every time I tried to extend my data package, it kicks me out of MyOrangeEgypt . I depend on this service for my work and this is a problem. Also I ran out of data on my iPad and when I went to an Orange office (because your app doesn’t work) they told me the system was down and will be down more than 24 hours.

Apps doesn’t open after last update, keeps on saying it needs to be updated even after the update

I complained before about that app doesn’t show main data bucket info and communicated with technical support team but with no result. Please support to solve this issue.

After this last update, I can’t pay my bill with credit card. It says browser doesn’t allow cookies! Although I don’t use a browser, I’m using MyOrangeEgypt . And safari has cookies allowed so I don’t know what to do exactly or how to pay my bill since MyOrangeEgypt won’t allow it!

After updating app to the new version, I am not able to see my Internet data consumption, please fix this ....

MyOrangeEgypt is really over the top , but lack some basic features that it’s already present in the other call providers which is to show the carryover data from last month , dialing #136# every time you wanna check your internet consumption and having to make a call to check the call units you have is a long boring process.

This is a very smart app but when i updated it to the latest version 2.5.1 it crashes every time i need to review my internet consumption which is very annoying.

I have the latest software on my iphone8+, but when I try to open Orange application, it closes automatically
I think there is a problem with newer version which is 13.2

They stole any pounds when you leave them to using it for next charge even if you have monthly internet or monthly call, how many times I call them to return that money and they say no problem on your account but when I complain to the government consumers I got that money back because i’ve the right every time. Also I was with them by having Adsl and also bad service.
They don’t have any credibility, I gave it up.
👉Guys watch out for what they’re doing.

MyOrangeEgypt has amazing features that let you can skip visiting Orange shops .. i think this is the best practical customer service app and easy to use

This new update is awesome, i was suffering to create an account for the ipad sim, now with the auto login, i can easily check my line data and packages.
