From the very moment I open the app, there is a risk of crashing. A blank message pop ups. Two options are given- continue or cancel. Makes sense that when I select “continue”, the app crashes. I must select ‘cancel’ and the popup message disappears. Why is this even an issue?? Do devs not open the app themselves?
There are many features and functions in the app, but none as essential as data usage. The problem is that If I want to view my data usage/remaining, the app crashes. The app is literally useless if it can’t tell me my usage info.
When I renewed my plan, I got an error message. So I tried again. Got an error message once more. Then I realized I had renewed my plan TWICE, without any confirmation other than the initial error message. Now I have double my monthly data usage, and only 1month to use it all.
Yes, I can carry over the data, which leads me to second issue— the carry over data doesn’t even display. It only shows my renewed plan.

The worst customer services in the whole world not only in Egypt plus u are thieves, u promised the 900 pounds voucher so we upgraded to higher subscriptions then by the time it was due, u cancelled it without a word of apology or any compensation. The customer service at ur shop insults us literally and when i file a complaint through the phone u tell me u will get an answer in 48 hours and then nothing. When this company was Mobinil they absolutely topped u. Sham on u a bunch of losers! I'm leaving this network immediately after being with u since 1998. Period

First of all it never loads, and in the rare occasion it loads it just kicks me out of the app. and that happened on two different phones, and laptop. Plus, non of my cards gets approved with the message “the card is declined” and when I contact my bank they say the transaction didnt even reach them to decline it. Your front end is trash, and the backend seems to also be trash.
