Not sure why the app stopped working on my iPhone 13 with updated iOS software but it doesn't. I have removed and added the app, turned my phone on/off and nothing. It still doesn't work and the website doesn’t recognize my login anymore.
Thankfully the thermostat works fine but I liked the idea of adjusting the temp in my home even when I wasn't home. The app doesn't work anymore, starts to load and then disappears 👎🏻

If I could give this most recent version of this app negative stars, I would. It just doesn’t work anymore. At all. It stopped working with the most recent iPhone update. Then the app was updated and it sort of worked for about a month, and now it just doesn’t work at all. Good thing we’re moving soon and someone else will have to deal with it. I’ll be sure to absolutely not put a Bryant thermostat in my new house if at all possible.
Great until it stopped working

We have been using the app for years and suddenly stopped working several months ago. We thought it was because the new iOS update and would eventually update but months later and it hasn’t. Don’t bother with this app. We have deleted and downloaded numerous times and it will not work. Very frustrating to own a product that cannot update for its customers!
