App is glitchy and non responsive and I had to keep force closing it, useless.

The surface lots at C are SunpASS or EpASS only. Neither GOAA or SunpASS will accept responsibility if there is an issue. It’s unbelievable how difficult both useless agencies make it to use. GOAA has to staff people at the entrance to shoo users away because the interface is SOOOO bad. Of course, nobody will take accountability because they don’t have to. F em ALL.

Freezes up constantly, app is not usable

App won’t stay open longer than a minute then u have to start all over again

The only reason I downloaded OrlandoMCO was to expect a moving map... There is no actual moving map.

OrlandoMCO just keeps freezing. Very frustrating when you need to get somewhere in a timely manner

Not helpful at all. Crashes repeatedly. Gives little information about amenities other than location. Junk.

Donwloaded app for assistance. Opened app after it installed. App froze and I can’t click on anything. I tried restarting app but still the same. App will start and freeze. Deleted app and just used Google and the website

I can't get past the Home Screen. Nice to see the TSA wait times when I'm departing but that's not my priority. I use it for arrivals so I know when to pick up my friends & family. It's like the "add your flight" function is frozen. It worthless now. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

I used OrlandoMCO to find the correct parking area. Entered our flight into OrlandoMCO and it showed the correct flight number and departure time but completely wrong terminal and gate. It sent us to terminal A BUT JET BLUE IS TERMINAL C. It took us an hour to get to the right terminal and almost missed our flight.

I used this back in May of last year and it seemed fine. With trying to look at possible flights just to get an idea of pricing as well as more info on the airport, OrlandoMCO completely freezes after just a few moments of opening it. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling but nothing seems to work so unsure if even going to keep it because might as well just use browser.

OrlandoMCO had no info. regarding the hurricane. There was no mention the airport would be closing, yet it was all over the news.

Always Freezes

Visiting MCO, I needed a way to navigate the airport. OrlandoMCO seemed the best choice. Wrong. Maps are almost useless, the various levels are confusing. The only benefit was the feature where you enter your flight info and it gives you terminal, gate, departure times and updates, wait times in security. Overall, forgettable app.

Like the design and features but the whole reason I downloaded it was to get help finding the Mother’s rooms. Those aren’t showing up on the amenities. :(.

App is currently crashing and having issues. Needs a bug fix and update

Flying to MCO for the first time was so hectic, and OrlandoMCO literally saved me when navigating through this huge airport. I highly recommend OrlandoMCO to anyone coming to MCO for the first time

Wanted to know how far I’d need to go to catch my connecting flight and it was so easy to input the flight info and have OrlandoMCO tell me the exact number of feet to my next gate!

For someone who travels a lot OrlandoMCO is great! Tells you security wait times, how to get to/from and and around the airport. How to get around the airport, and any changes to gates or where to find the baggage claim. Plus a parking spot reminder and directions to your parking spot. Basic app but all you need for navigating a high traffic airport.

I absolutely love OrlandoMCO! All other airports need to learn from OrlandoMCO. Heck, even airlines need to learn from OrlandoMCO! I recently had an airline tell me I was delayed 75 minutes. MCO app never said a peep about a delay. Wouldn’t you know, the airline changed their mind about the delay! I trust OrlandoMCO more than the airlines.
This is also a great tool when trying to figure out what airlines fly direct between Orlando and other cities. Takes some exploring to learn some ways to benefit from OrlandoMCO , but as an Orlando resident I strongly suggest OrlandoMCO to everyone!
