What’s the point

I used this back in May of last year and it seemed fine. With trying to look at possible flights just to get an idea of pricing as well as more info on the airport, the app completely freezes after just a few moments of opening it. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling but nothing seems to work so unsure if even going to keep it because might as well just use browser.
Inaccurate flight terminal almost missed flight

I used the app to find the correct parking area. Entered our flight into the app and it showed the correct flight number and departure time but completely wrong terminal and gate. It sent us to terminal A BUT JET BLUE IS TERMINAL C. It took us an hour to get to the right terminal and almost missed our flight.

I can't get past the Home Screen. Nice to see the TSA wait times when I'm departing but that's not my priority. I use it for arrivals so I know when to pick up my friends & family. It's like the "add your flight" function is frozen. It worthless now. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
