My app will not open,says it has a bug and cannot open, what to do?
When I click on the app it opens shows the loading screen then crashes and closes. The only way to get on is to redownload every time. Is there a fix to this? I am on Apple
Installed upgrade & now it locks up after just a few seconds. Restarting hasn't helped.
Drops keeps stopping once a lesson begins. Issue started 27 November 2022. It appears that the renewal created a second account, if so, perhaps that is the problem. Please delete the account with no experience, and refund the charge if that's the case. Thanks for the help.
