Cons

- Interval countdown on the workouts usually freeze

- Audio cues to know if you are in the power zone or below/above and when the interval ends but that doesn’t work

- Difficult to figure out what the Watch app is telling you

- App isn’t designed well to run as an Apple Watch app

- If it goes into the background, even for a few seconds, it stops functioning

- Stryd run log was minutes shorter in duration

It shuts down when adding a workout to calender or starting a workout from the phone.

The legacy app no longer shows the correct power values in the workout section — target power is always zero. I use the legacy app because the new app is so frustrating to use
