Mahjong Journey keeps crashing. The latest update did not help. Rebooting the device did not help
I am trying to transfer my account from old iPad to new one and when I do that it brings me back to level one. I do not want to start over
I am at level or game number 106 and have had repeated trouble. It says I have no more moves when I get down to only six to eight tiles and had made no errors. I made plenty earlier but finally figured it out. I cannot stand repeating the game over and over when it cheats! I also play every day but never get my rewards. This sucks.
Playing a level and selected “quit”. Red curtain closed and hasn’t reopened for 2 days. What’s happening ??
Wont give me Diamond rewards for adds for the past 10 days . May delete this app..a shame because a decent game.
will not let me purchase diamonds it goes to microsoft store and gets to page that says contacting store a white page comes up saying please wait then it jumps back to page where I start the process to by diamonds. Store opens app and says play the it does the same thing
WHEN i FIRST dOWN LOADED GAME TO MY pc Monthly updates always came on first or second of the month not now. My question is why are updates not automatic?
Will let me tap on the app And I when it gets to the Start screen and I press start the screen goes black and reverts back to the home screen. Really frustrating. I was is Ukraine about 6057.
I played on Tuesday, 5/31/22 and yesterday, 6/1/22 every time I choose the icon opening gammit occurs but then the app "stops working". Thank you for looking into this issue
Mahjong Journey: Tile Match crashes!!! It doesn't load and shuts off game
I was able to play it this morning 5/31/22 but by noon when I tried to open it, it kept crashing and leaving the app altogether before I could even get to the screen where I choose which game to play. Thank you for your attention to this.
