I am trying to transfer my account from old iPad to new one and when I do that it brings me back to level one. I do not want to start over

I am at level or game number 106 and have had repeated trouble. It says I have no more moves when I get down to only six to eight tiles and had made no errors. I made plenty earlier but finally figured it out. I cannot stand repeating the game over and over when it cheats! I also play every day but never get my rewards. This sucks.

will not let me purchase diamonds it goes to microsoft store and gets to page that says contacting store a white page comes up saying please wait then it jumps back to page where I start the process to by diamonds. Store opens app and says play the it does the same thing

Will let me tap on the app And I when it gets to the Start screen and I press start the screen goes black and reverts back to the home screen. Really frustrating. I was is Ukraine about 6057.

I played on Tuesday, 5/31/22 and yesterday, 6/1/22 every time I choose the icon opening gammit occurs but then the app "stops working". Thank you for looking into this issue

I was able to play it this morning 5/31/22 but by noon when I tried to open it, it kept crashing and leaving the app altogether before I could even get to the screen where I choose which game to play. Thank you for your attention to this.
Common dislikes about Mahjong Journey app
- Timing to achieve 3 stars is generally so fast that I don't have a ghost of a chance to do better than one star
- Have to use the required tokens (stars) to get into the level to get a chance at finding the necessary item
- High ratio of boards that I lose
- Kicks me out in the middle of the game
- Additional step before obtaining the daily gift item requires spending more money
