Keeps nagging for no good purpose

Even after my study was completed, and all final payments made, HealthStorylines keeps sending notifications to complete paperwork already completed. I shouldn’t have to turn off all notifications to avoid getting fake notices.

Great idea, bad execution.

HealthStorylines , is a brilliant way for you and your provider to keep track your headaches and migraines but it misses the mark. The diary is entirely too basic to truly breakdown the specifics of migraine and there are no options to add notes.
I’m not a fan that the symptoms sections are so general and basic, it truly feels like a lite version of the fully functional product. ESPECIALLY, since it rarely works. I get migraines 4-6 times a month, I cannot put that in my diary because the diary doesn’t actually work most of the time unfortunately. Like I said, great idea, bad execution.

Great concept, but needs work

I really, really wanted to like HealthStorylines. It includes a lot of what look like great features—things I’ve been looking for, such as the ability to track and correlate the occurrence of mood and symptoms with food and activity. But I found it very difficult to try to set up my tools and enter my info due to some issues with interface design and function. In the end I decided it would frustrate me too much to use it. I think they’re simple changes, so I will check back and try again sometime in a few months.

Useful but no way to contact support if not part of a study

I tried to report a bug, and managed to navigate the website to their support page. But when I went to create a support ticket, it wouldn’t let me unless I chose the study I was part of.

Great idea. Needs improvement

I love the design of HealthStorylines. However, it’s difficult to use due to the lagging. HealthStorylines moves SO slowly whenever I interact with any element on the page. I would love to use HealthStorylines everyday, but the time delay takes too long when I want to just quickly add updates from the day.

Health storylines

I take 11 pills in the morning! A 4 at night. I have them listed in a 9 am morning bucket and 9 pm night bucket. If I could click on the buckets rather than clicking on each pill in the bucket it would be great! Right now it is 27+ seconds per each pill click.

New update made it hard to use

Changed the medication tracking and you are not able to sort the different widgets into an order that is helpful to you, have to scroll a long way to get to what you want.

Like it but bugs out

Really like HealthStorylines . It offers great tracking options. However seems to have a lot of bug issues. I’d track my meds enters taken next time I open it it’s not entered. An other functions going on. Really great idea just need to get rid of bugs.

Doesn’t look like pictures in App Store

I really like the concept of HealthStorylines but the layout makes it difficult to keep up with everything because not everything I am trying to track will show and I have to scroll down to find it. I really wish it looked like the picture in HealthStorylines Store

Good concept, no way to upload data

I’ve been using HealthStorylines for 2 weeks to track my symptoms for my doctor. However, the function to download report does not work. I did send an email to support, and am waiting for reply.
HealthStorylines does lag at times, and I have inadvertently marked symptoms I don’t have due to this. All in all, good tracking app.

I want to like this app but...

I need a way to contact support! Clicking the help button leads me to a login screen which is frozen!

There are two main usage screens of HealthStorylines for me, one in which it functions, and one it doesn’t! The list view works fine, but the colorful tile view that is shown after login doesn’t function at all! You can’t view any of the stuff you input! I can show screenshots if you provide me with an email to get in contact with you!

Also I have no way to input my generic adderall in the medications list - it’s listed as amphetamine salts 30mg and it’s not in there. A big deal because I forget it a lot!

Please respond to my review!

Loved this app until the latest update...

Love HealthStorylines until the latest update. When I updated HealthStorylines yesterday, now I can’t “manually” put in when I take my medication (like set the date and time, so if I take a med, but my phone is plugged in and I can’t get to it to put it in, I’ll put it that I took my pill 1/2 hour ago at 8:30 when now it’s 9:00). Also, I can longer see my medication history to see when I took my meds! Please change this back!

Nice, but minor bugs

I haven’t been using this for long, but like the idea so far. There’s a bug or two and I can’t find a place that works to contact, so I’ll do it here. In the daily vitals log you’re able to enter weight in lbs and it charts it properly, but when you go back to look at the data, it changes the weight into kgs. Even though it’s still charted in lbs and you can update it, it goes back to kgs. I will be adding a comment to each day with lbs just in case, but it would be a nice fix. It also gets stuck when you try to add a new vital other than the few options available. It freezes up. Thanks!

The app needs to get the bugs out.

Overall it works well but needs to get some of the bugs out.

Love what it has...miss what it doesn’t

I love the tools HealthStorylines has. It has more to offer than I could have dreamed and it fits my needs for POTS -minus one small thing. I would love to see a spot to store my emergency contact info, like doctor’s names and numbers and emergency contact names and numbers. Also, because I take some very rare medications not listed in the medication tracker, a fill-in option for medications not listed would be great, and an option for as needed medications. Otherwise, I will be recommending HealthStorylines to other POTSies as a symptom tracker. Thanks!

This app is much needed

I love HealthStorylines in its entirety. If you suffer from Asthma/Allergies like me. Then HealthStorylines is a must. HealthStorylines’s features are extremely useful and helpful. If you have health conditions, then I highly recommend HealthStorylines.

Great medication tracking

I’ve been looking for a good solution, and I love that this pops up in my home screen and I can just mark it done from there. Also love that I can snooze it. And that I can export it to show my dr!

This is great app

It does haeafewbugsbut it is great for keeping track of my medical systems and helps for the dr to see how everyday is. Thank everyone who has helped make HealthStorylines possible

Life saver! ❤️

I was so happy when I received HealthStorylines. I was able to set reminders, know how my stool was and share this information with my physicians. I am now a cancer survivor, during my treatment this was a dream come true. HealthStorylines is a great tool to have all your information in one place. I continue to use HealthStorylines to this day. I send suggestion and hope to see the great things to come with HealthStorylines.

Sharing a tender moment. Thank you Health Storylines

The use of HealthStorylines has made my live easier. The benefits I've received are too numerous to state at this time -because I have something else to tell you. I'll come back to update my review so I can share them.
I'm here today to share my gratitude to the team of developers behind HealthStorylines. As I was searching for some info I stored in my phone, I found something I wrote in a widget of HealthStorylines. Without the opportunity of having HealthStorylines , I may never have written about this treasured time in my life. I just now found & read it. I had to tell someone who may appreciate and have an interest in this tool.
The joyful moment I wrote about was that of my granddaughter and me. You see it's so special , tender, yet aching because she left/ died a few months back. I now have it in print. If I had not written it, I'd still be say "Sunshine, remember ......? NANA, HOW Can I forget? You are always reminding me".😇😘
Yes, I'll be back to tell you the tremendous contributions Health Storylines has made to my life. For now I'll go wipe my tears of joy as I remember that day.
