Waste of Money
I’ve been using this app for a while now and it keeps on playing up. It’s frustration when you have to make an important call abroad and the app just doesn’t work. I’ve asked for a refund and they either ignore your Emails or try and make excuses wanting you to try doing something different. Not worth the hassle get something else. If trying to call UK Ring Britain is a much better option then FooCall

Not working
I used this app while I was living in the UK. It was amazing. Easy to use, cheap, and great voice quality. Now I've moved back to the US and had to reinstall it. After many tries the app won't send me a confirmation number so I can't use it. FooCall has yet to respond to my multiple emails asking for help. If they fix this problem I will go back to Five stars!!

Question?
I just got this app because was recommended from a relative. I tried to do my my first free call but not talking with anybody and I added money for futures calls. In the screen appeared a question if I want to top up or not now. I choose "not now" and now I'm not abel to do anything. I have the screen in black . Can someone help me, please. What I need to do?
