It redownloads it’s self onto my phone

The app works great but I don’t live near a Dirt Cheap store so I only downloaded this when I went to the store I deleted the app because I had not use for it but it keeps reloading itself onto my iPhone 6 I have within the last 15 minutes I have deleted this app at least 5 times and it still keeps loading again and again and again
Please can anyone help me understand why this is happening and how can I stop it?
It still keeps downloading back onto my phone I delete it every time I see its back but this is ridiculous seriously what is up with this app?
Doesn’t work

I used this app for years on an iPhone 5s, it was really handy for price checks. Got a new 2020 iPhone SE and the app never loads. When you click on the app to open it, the logo expands to fill the screen and it looks like the app is launching. But if you look closely there’s a gray spinning wheel of death in the middle of the logo, indicating that the app is in the process of loading. Unfortunately, the spinning wheel never goes away, and the app never loads. It’s useless unless someone gets to work on updating it.
IOS Scan does not work.

Really? Wow - it's been over a year since you all have had an update. I can believe it. Do you not have an IT that can help you with this …..you have employees needing this crucial app and they can’t use it because you won’t update. You have customers like myself who shop often and depend on this app to purchase items. Please tell me you will be updating as soon as you get my review? Appreciate any feed back. A loyal customer.
