1 year agoHave a problem can't call overseas and i have a credit of 22$ but still same issue.i try different numbers but it's same problem just i heard my tello calling after that nothing happened can you fix form me this problem or give me my money back

Tell the whole story!
Bought time on app assuming it works anywhere but description doesn’t tell you that it only works in your country and when you look up trouble shooting because it’s not working, that’s when you find out that it only works in your country of origin. Too late then. You’ve got my money now. What’s the point of having if I have a carrier that already allows me to make calls to anywhere already with a quick simple phone call setup. I need it to work out of country. I’m not wanting data, just a phone connection outside of WiFi. Description made it sound that way. Dev. needs to add that too the description.

Garbage & waste of money
I bought $25 of credit to Call Afghanistan, I tried to call Afghanistan but the call won’t connect. Sent them an email and it takes them hours to respond back. After that I tried 10 different numbers, still didn’t work!!

This is a SCAM, don’t waste your money
They first give a few mins of talk time and then make you buy credit. When you top up money in your account, it stops working and the system says you don’t have sufficient money to place this call. They’re thieves, be aware!!!
