the provided call in number does not work !! 03030809120 when dialed from my landline 562 245 6887, so do all other provided dial in numbers starting with 030 etc
Trying to call a number in Australia that is the only one I have in my contact list. After dialing the dial-in number the message says to dial the number I'm calling. After doing this, nothing happens.

I tried twice today to call Thrifty/Hertz car rental in Papeete through the Mytello App number. Eah time there was a message in German and then a dead line. The number I was instructed to dial is 929 476 0779. I think I was charged and never connected to the proper party.
Have a problem can't call overseas and i have a credit of 22$ but still same issue.i try different numbers but it's same problem just i heard my tello calling after that nothing happened can you fix form me this problem or give me my money back

Bought time on app assuming it works anywhere but description doesn’t tell you that it only works in your country and when you look up trouble shooting because it’s not working, that’s when you find out that it only works in your country of origin. Too late then. You’ve got my money now. What’s the point of having if I have a carrier that already allows me to make calls to anywhere already with a quick simple phone call setup. I need it to work out of country. I’m not wanting data, just a phone connection outside of WiFi. Description made it sound that way. Dev. needs to add that too the description.

I bought $25 of credit to Call Afghanistan, I tried to call Afghanistan but the call won’t connect. Sent them an email and it takes them hours to respond back. After that I tried 10 different numbers, still didn’t work!!
This is a SCAM, don’t waste your money

They first give a few mins of talk time and then make you buy credit. When you top up money in your account, it stops working and the system says you don’t have sufficient money to place this call.
They’re thieves, be aware!!!
