How to fix Aloha app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Aloha app on iPhone
Update Aloha app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Aloha iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Aloha on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Aloha network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Aloha not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Aloha app issues:

Force Stop the Aloha App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Aloha app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Aloha to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Aloha App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Aloha app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Aloha.

Fix Aloha unable to contact server/ Aloha internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Aloha » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Aloha » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Aloha on android.
