How to fix SpreadSheet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SpreadSheet app on iPhone
Update SpreadSheet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SpreadSheet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SpreadSheet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SpreadSheet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SpreadSheet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SpreadSheet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SpreadSheet App
1. On android, goto Settings » SpreadSheet » click [Force Stop]

Update SpreadSheet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SpreadSheet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SpreadSheet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SpreadSheet.

Fix SpreadSheet unable to contact server/ SpreadSheet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SpreadSheet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SpreadSheet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SpreadSheet
