Terrible user experience
I've never had an app that's caused me more frustration and actual trouble in my life. The latest in a long string of problems came tonight while trying to log in through the app and discovering my app-TAN feature has been disabled without any explanation. Going to the website tells me that I can only enable this via the app, but the app tells me that I can't even log into the app without active TANs, so I need to ever so conveniently visit my physical bank branch for help. Wonderful news as this comes on the first day of a business trip to a city without any HVB branches. I'm so thankful I have a second bank account with a different bank so I'm not stranded without access to my money.

Lousy website
Whenever I am trying to use your online banking I’m getting butterflies in my stomach. You are obsessed with „Sicherheit“. I am banking with my American bank and my English bank. Both are user friendly. What is your problem with logging in with a thumb print. It’s sufficient for the police worldwide but not for Hypovereinsbank. Fire your silly web designers and make your website user friendly.
