Won’t let me log into my account and tells me my email doesn’t exist for my account and the email that was sent to me has a number attached for help that doesn’t work. App feels like a scam.

The local Conoco in my area doesn’t even accept the Conoco pay app but has a giant sign talking about it. I’ve emailed before with no response. It’s been like 6 months and it’s still not usable.

Great to use when it works and a nightmare when it doesn’t. Teaches you patience trying to accomplish a task that should take half a second and turns into minutes of frustration and pulling to another pump or pulling out a card or going to another station and never coming back because it makes you so mad. Doesn’t work at all their stations.
