Still only half as good as the Qando app it replaced

The whole project seems to be a typical City of Vienna type deal where things are replaced that don’t need replacement, at great cost to tax payers.
Examples: new City logo, new bus/tram stop signs, replacing Qando with this…
…each time things get worse, and the switch is expensive. Tax payers fund it all, and some politically connected people benefit from the new contracts. Awful!

Haben die App heute am 10.9.21 versucht zu nutzen. Eine einzige Katastrophe ich rate jedem Finger weg! Verbindungen falsch, Baustellen Ersatzverkehr wir gar nicht angezeigt. Live Tracking für den Müll. Suche tlw mit Falschen Ergebnis sowie falschen Bus ans falsche Ziel! We never ever recommend WienMobil! False Connections , false Routes even live tracking does not work in time! Poor and the worst thing is, WienMobil seems to be from the main operator

Bei quando kann man alle Hausnummer sehen.
Diese app nichts. Warum?
Google maps ist besser.
Wenn ich auf dem Fahrrad Symbol drücke, sehe ich nur Fahrräder zu mieten und nicht die Fahrradwege, ist diese App für Wien oder ist er für Uber?
Ein App zu machen ist es viel Arbeit aber bitte verbessern Sie ihn.

Live displays are not synchronized with WienMobil , missed a bus and had to wait 30 minutes for the next one since I trusted the proposed routes and times in WienMobil !
System connection issues

There are always system connection issues, which means every time i try to access my annual pass, it is not possible. It is very inconvenient and not reliable for this use.

Using an iOS. It doesn’t remember my password, turned on face recognition, and it’s not working. I’m afraid of typing my credit card information and making my first ticket purchase! Not sure how secure WienMobil is!
Google is more accurate for location

Wien mobil app has a terrible time determining where I am. It’s fairly confusing while you’re quickley needing to navigate, and sliding the trip details out of the way to see the map is a pain. Google works bettter and gets me where I need to fo.

Frustrating!

Doesn't stay logged in, even with the 'keep me logged in' option toggled on. Every time I open WienMobil , I have to log in and download my ticket again. Also terrible at finding routes. Google maps is more reliable, even if their time tables are out of date.

I purchased some 48 hour tickets in advance while in the US. I made them valid starting at 13:30 on the day my flight arrives in Vienna. However, upon downloading the tickets, they show that they will not be valid until 19:30. WienMobil (on Android, at least) performs a time zone conversion based on your location. I do think this is rather unexpected behavior for a local transport application. I was informed that my tickets would not be changed since I already downloaded them.
