Been using LilypadCRM for almost a year now. It’s never worked properly, buttons don’t work when you press them, app crashes/freezes, accounts don’t show up in search. List goes on, I’ve reached out to support and nothings been fixed and it sounds like they are aware of the issues.
I’ve been forced to use this CRM app for almost two years. It has never worked the way it is supposed to. No one at this company ever takes responsibility for LilypadCRM not functioning correctly and instead the help desk blames the user and never fixes any issues.
How come the “back” button doesn’t function? Someone needs to develop a better module, maybe a different card layout. Everyday usage of these is pretty terrible. Maybe hire so new developers?
Terrible app. Tech support is a joke. After numerous reinstalls, my accounts are still not correct. I even sent a spreadsheet with accounts missing/incorrect with no fixes!
I’ve been using LilyPad for years. It’s Frequently glitchy. Frequent (weekly-daily) delete/reinstall needed. Full historical data loss has occurred. App “maintenance“ will leave app down and unusable for long periods of time

LilypadCRM constantly kicks you out and doesn’t save any of the work that you’ve done. always freezing and crashing even when there is not an update or any bug fixes that need to be done. absolutely would not recommend to anyone ever

From the next level commitment tracking to the account search functions everything about LilypadCRM has made it easier for me to accomplish more while I’m working the field. Highly recommend this for anyone in the beverage industry looking to make their reps more efficient!
The best app for all! From a manager to a rep on the streets, LilypadCRM provides value for everyone. Being able to track which accounts you’ve visited and what beer is coming down the pipe line, LilyPad is definitely the most tech savvy app for the alcohol industry! So many tools in LilypadCRM these days make planning and pre-planning a breeze for your day-to-day! Definitely worth it, I’d recommend LilypadCRM to anyone interested!
The brewery i work with has been on LilypadCRM for a little while and it is great. It is constantly updating and new features are put in, maps and sales info to know where to go.
