I made updates to my Project on Thursday but when I opened it today it had reverted back to a previously saved version. Is there a way to recover my latest changes? How can I prevent this from happening again?

Luminaire is incorrectly pulling up presets. Memory is no longer working presets come back about 70% correct doesn't matter how many times I save project presets are just not working. And they're getting worse. Is this file corrupt? Do I need to start the entire project over? Or should I upgrade to the pro version of luminaire? I'm only running one universe not very many lights either lots of effects

How to fix Luminair app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Luminair app on iPhone
Update Luminair app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Luminair iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Luminair on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Luminair network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Luminair Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Luminair not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Luminair App
1. On android, goto Settings » Luminair » click [Force Stop]

Update Luminair to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Luminair App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Luminair » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Luminair.

Fix Luminair unable to contact server/ Luminair internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Luminair » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Luminair » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Luminair
