I really hoped this was going to Be the Best Text App for me. Have trouble getting it soI could send a Text. All the Security & Passwords didn’t bother me. I get that. Did Love the fact that I could chose from different fonts for Texting. Just not sure “How To” get it work,or even Send a picture of my Cat 🐈to a fellow friend who likes Cats too. Would Appreciate hearing from Support for this. I have IOS 12.4... maybe, that is part of the issues. I just Deleted StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat . Sorry!

It will let kids have fun and stuff ,but what is hard for me to like is the fact I can’t send any videos or photos and I can’t send calls , and every time I go in to it and I missed 2 messages it kicked me out .FULLY so I had to put my password back in over and over it’s just not to fun
But great job on the rest just can you please fix some of this?

So StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat is great but it only works on my iPad not my phone it says unable to login bad url and it’s all my right information can u pls check or like pls tell me what’s going on and tell me how to fix it or u fix it please oh and on iPad it like when I call someone it just like loads and it just stops and I don’t get to call and then I have to restart it again again and again

Update: Developer said, “tap the upper right corner to close pictures.” This does not work. The upper right corner is empty, black space - no menu, no icons- nothing there. Pictures do not close. The Developer Support page still does not accept messages and still says, “Oops, something is wrong.”

Original post: I have a fully updated iPhone 13. I can open pictures posted in the conversation in StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat , but I cannot close them and return to the message without completely closing StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat and then reopening StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat and reopening the message. I tried to send a message to Support but got an “Oops, something is wrong” response.

StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat has been great for my friend & I because she doesn’t have a phone. However, when she sends me a video i can never watch it. It sits there like it’s loading but never does. I know it’s not my internet because it happens even when I have great internet. I also have made a different account in hopes that would fix it, but it didn’t. Hopefully this will be fixed, other than that, StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat is great!

So At first StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat was very helpful, and good, but now whenever I open a different app on video chat, it mutes the sound and we need to join a new video chat, also random bots will join the chat and randomly leave, sometimes it will kick us out into different video chats, and we also need to start a new video chat, and StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat crashed a lot, and StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat will randomly stop working. PS: a nice feature in StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat would be able to change your user. Thanks for reading! 👍

Hello stars! I love StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat and it’s very convenient for kids. But me and my best friend call 24/7 and this dosent happen to us,but 2 or 3 times this has happened,so basically what happened is that when me and my best friend call each other it kicks us out of a call. Please fix this issue cause me and my best friend are not satisfied when this happens.

I have downloaded StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat after reading the reviews. The one suggestion I have is that there should be an option for mobile phone users to create a group. I am an iPhone user and it only gives me the option to join a group and not create one.

Ok, so, I have my best friend that talks on Stars with me, but, she has to use her younger sister’s phone. And sometimes, her sister doesn’t let my best friend use her phone. But she plays Roblox with me on her laptop on her dad’s account. Sometimes my best friend’s sister does let her use her phone, but only for a short amount of time. I’d like you to please find a way for Stars to be used on a laptop or gaming setup.

Using StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat to message my younger sister who can’t use other messengers. It works and seems very safe and private for children. However it takes a noticeable amount of time to connect every time you open it, and the calling only works one way for us; she can call me but if I call her she can’t join. Works great other than that 🤗

I like stars a lot me and my friends have used it for awhile and talk to each other on it a lot, but…There are some problems on video call randomly, this user named “Error session” gets onto my call and shows me or my friend doing something when we’re not even on call it’s really creepy. It could need some fixing.

So my friend lives in Oregon and every time I try to call her and she tries to call me a notification shows up saying that you need to reconnect but still doesn’t work.😡😡😡😡

StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat is the best app. I have no feedback. I can have custom font, better emojis, all of the above! I love this more than most messaging apps. Also, it took me 10 mins to get my profile pic. But on stars, 10 secs and BAM! Thank you for creating this Master piece. (Chefs kiss) 😘

So, I like StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat so much because it’s exciting. And I could talk to my friends. And I can do video chatting and send photos and videos and everything I just like it so much .

The pros:
We can talk to each other even though we were kids and not grown-ups which is the most best part.

We can sound like voice messages video photos and other stuff like that.

We can video chat and audio chat with each other.

It’s exciting.

Stars has my back if there’s any problems.

I got to make my own profile.

It’s safe

And most of all it’s a kids messenger app and you can contact your friends and family.

It says who the ring when you video chat for you you can have a group chat separate.


There’s lots of fun things that you can do on Stars and fun messaging.

It’s a spam free app and ITS AMAZING I would recommend this to someone younger than 8 because it’s spam free and parents don’t need to worry about anything you download StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat then you have this friend Cade which is basically like your number then you put your name is and get a friend or family’s number boom that easy hope that helped you a bit bye

I got StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat to text with my child’s tablet. It works very well. My only problem is that even after allowing all notifications, nothing shows up on my home screen or alerts me when a new message is there. My kid has to come find me in order to tell me to open StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat and read her message, which is pointless at that point.

I had a really bad friend on it so I had to delete StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat , I redownloaded it rn! I hope maybe I can get my friends back that I lost bc of him on there...❤️ really good app tho! I love it! But I have I problem, I don't remember my password and I think my email for it is either not setup or I just don't remember it, do you think you could help me out in any way? I heard KiK was shutting down soon and was really upset about the news since I absolutely love KiK. I discovered StarsMessengerKidsSafeChat and I decided to try it out.

So far, it's great! I love how you can personalize your text message; you can change the font, font color, and font size. Additionally, the video chat feature is very smooth for me and I favor the cute emojis. Although I'm an adult, I do like how it's kid friendly. I always got annoyed whenever random bots texted me.

Overall, 5/5 stars from me! A kid friendly app with all the features any texting app has. I highly recommend it!

I went to send a picture to my friend than went to redo it and it froze to the picture I already took and I can’t go back can’t post it can’t delete it can’t text or even go back and I was gonna text my friend but now I’m stressed out.
