Can’t close pictures on iPhone - Can’t send messages to Support

Update: Developer said, “tap the upper right corner to close pictures.” This does not work. The upper right corner is empty, black space - no menu, no icons- nothing there. Pictures do not close. The Developer Support page still does not accept messages and still says, “Oops, something is wrong.”
Original post: I have a fully updated iPhone 13. I can open pictures posted in the conversation in the app, but I cannot close them and return to the message without completely closing the app and then reopening the app and reopening the message. I tried to send a message to Support but got an “Oops, something is wrong” response.
Great, but needs work

This app has been great for my friend & I because she doesn’t have a phone. However, when she sends me a video i can never watch it. It sits there like it’s loading but never does. I know it’s not my internet because it happens even when I have great internet. I also have made a different account in hopes that would fix it, but it didn’t. Hopefully this will be fixed, other than that, the app is great!

So At first this app was very helpful, and good, but now whenever I open a different app on video chat, it mutes the sound and we need to join a new video chat, also random bots will join the chat and randomly leave, sometimes it will kick us out into different video chats, and we also need to start a new video chat, and the app crashed a lot, and the app will randomly stop working. PS: a nice feature in the app would be able to change your user. Thanks for reading! 👍
