I NEED HELP. This app has pretty much stopped working, and has some serious issues. ( We bought a three year subscription. HELLO??? Anyone there? Like a REAL human? ) I have written you guys MULTIPLE times - no response. You people have the WORST customer service! Can someone PLEASE contact me? I need help. I have questions.
I did not sign up for automatic renewal and they are charging my credit card for another two year plan, I was planning on letting it run out. There is no where on their website to cancel a subscription although they have directions to do so, it is a dead end. No place to cancel. Is this place a scam?
CALM Radio app closes immediately after opening. Any suggestions?
The Musicals channel display of what is playing is out of sync with what is actually playing. Has been this way for several weeks. For example the display right now shows it to be Candide, but the song playing is from Aida.
