- There is no slider to choose to cover the pinyin or the English.
- The quiz questions do not test on characters.
- The videos will save to the playlist one day and be gone the next day.
- The onscreen keyboard keeps popping up and is not user friendly.
Hi, The app crashed on me today. I did the update and restarted and it continues to crash. I was hoping to join for a year today as a matter of fact but now I have reservations if I am not going to be able to access the content. Could you please assist?
All of a sudden today I am unable to see subtitles on my video content. As soon as the video starts to play, up comes a box saying “VIEW FULL SUBTITLES “. The videos play through to the end, I get points, but the subtitles don’t run. I have a full year’s subscription and the app seems to want to charge me again for the privilege of having subtitles on the video clips. PLEASE CAN YOU FIX THIS ASAP! Thanks.
