How to fix Eve app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Eve app on iPhone
Update Eve app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Eve iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Eve on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Eve network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Eve Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Eve not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Eve App
1. On android, goto Settings » Eve » click [Force Stop]

Update Eve to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Eve App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Eve » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Eve.

Fix Eve unable to contact server/ Eve internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Eve » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Eve » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
