I’m unable to watch the videos I order to get the 12,000 free coins . I click on the bottom green logo but videos don’t play.

Game not loading properly. Sometimes loads 1/2 way than stops. When it does load, which is seldom, it hangs up at connecting…never connects. Every once in a while after many reboots, I can get a connection. I tried to ask for tech support but have head nothing back.

The 5 daily games won’t load, it just says coming soon. It’s been days now. I’m not tech savvy.

app is constantly asking me to update. i have done this and uninstalled then reinstalled the game but still it asks me to update. it is causing a problem with the game because it keeps freezing when i earn free spins and i have to leave the game and then reload it and guess what, i lose the free spins!!!! not happy

I haven’t been able to play this game for a while because it isn’t loading screen is frozen. I have tried everything but no luck. Was my favorite game.

Up until yesterday I was able to simultaneously play wizard of oz slots and listen to iHeart radio. Now when I bring up iHeart radio and also the game app it cancels iHeart. The other games I have still work ok listening

It's not giving me my Big Wins and Epic! Just got 520 million credits and I only got a Mega! And missed 2 big wins!

Error message comes up everytime I try to send credits.

When trying to send coins it's giving me error to try again later. Bern doing it for three days.

The game was freezing my coins and scratches was coming up missing and then come to find out I sold my old phone and it had the same device id number as the phone I'm playing on and this is a bad problem on wizard of Oz in and they told me they would replace what I had but still can't get help out of them.
